Good cleaning machine I also have a Record Doctor VI, plus 2 Spin Clean Washer, Vinyl Styl Record Washer, Digital Ultrasonic Cleaner and Humminguru Ultrasonic Record Cleaner they all do a great job cleaning all my records.
Just an observation…does your cleaner have a drive motor? Be much easier than hand turning.
I have a VPI 16.5 vacuum cleaner unit. May be noisy but it sure does its job well! I use 2 cleaners, mobile fidelity super record wash for light cleaning and super deep clean for grungy looking records. I too sleeve the record after cleaning and playing. The one thing I do differently is put the record inside the cover. Been doing it for 40 years plus. Overall, a great video!
I wish it did! With this machine it is by hand! Not too much of a work out though!

Maybe in time y’all can step up to a vacuum machine or a degritter.
@@jmfloyd23 I hope so! This was more or less an experiment to see if I like the ultrasonic cleaners vs the spin clean. And of course in time I’ll keep upgrading 😊
Have you cleaned and or replaced your SpinClean's pads. The pads need to be cleaned or replaced regularly or they affect the sound and generate static.
Yes I clean the pads after every use and I have replaced them often.
@@marichensmusic Ok, just a suggestion, I know some guys here who have never cleaned or replaced Spinclean pads and they have static and poor sound problems.

@@marichensmusic Tanks. I don't claim to know everything, but I have been collecting records non-stop or over 50 years and have tried many cleaning methods and ideas, some great some disasters. I am always happy to pass on advice to anyone who seems to have a problem in this hobby. Always enjoy the music.
