I'm planning to buy new Harrier equipped with BS6 phase 2 , is it compatible to run with E20 fuel ?
@@bs727 Harrier doesn't come with petrol engine. This blending is only in petrol and not for diesel.

So Gov won't reduce the prices of E20 fuel but car manufacturers will keep on increasing prices..with a reason 😀 that means nothing for JANTA ☺️.. Thanks for clearing all doubts Yogiji 🙏☺️
E20 fuel will be bit cheaper than present E10 fuel as import duties on imported crude oil will reduce.
@@pks011 hope so.. lets see when gov clarifies 🤞
@@pks011 Mumbai petrol pump, selling E20 petrol, has priced it, equivalent to existing petrol!! But, who is buying E20 now?
That's Modi govt's secret strategy to stay in power for the next 150-200 years.
That much money they will have.
They won't need support from billionaires.
Guys I am thinking of buying brezza petrol. Should I wait for Bs6 phase 2 model?

No doubt u have mastered in explaining 👍
Bhai aapka voice hi best hai aapki aawaz se hi aachi bolne knowledge mil jati hai you are real⭐
Bechenge daru 60 rupye litre wala aur paisa lenge petrol ka...wah bhai wah agar 20% alcohol hai usme to 20% cost alcohol ka ho aur 80% petrol ka
I have already observed it soon after lockdown my bike milage deteriorated around 10%.. it doesn't make sanse if additional ethanol is only bogus.
Good explanation..love your presentation skills👍
Good explanation Vikas - crisp & clear . By the way, what abt existing customers wanting to upgrade their vehicles to E20 complaint 1) is it possible 2) is it worth 3) if yes for 1 & 2, what would be approximate cost of cars under 10L bracket
its not worth
Nice video Yogiji....

Very Informative..Can you pls tell me upcoming Honda elevate is compatible with this e20 fuel or not?
In Brazil they are running power generators run on 100% ethanol added with certain additives
Cbr 250R already compatible for E20 and Honda also recommended for that😊
I was waiting for such a video. Please could you also explain what other changes apart from E20 and RDE norms are coming from april? Like in 2020 airbags and certain other safety features were mandated. Also there is an update due to come in Oct 2023, if you can cover that also (safety quitement update). It will help a lot

Very informative video. Just adding to your video. This is a global level planning to stop fossil fuels completely. When people will br troubled with fuel cars. They will be forced to switch to electric. Also sir. Small observation the fuel economy drop is 10-15%.
What about premium petrol/disel ...? Like speed petrol, XP95, does these fuels have ethenol too....??? And if they do there percentage will be incresed in coming days...
Your views on this......
Firstly thanks for enlightening us. My question: Is there a price difference?
Ofcourse not, I think...
Govt. paisa kaise kamayegi phir ?
Yogi ji... should I buy Kia sonet diesel manual in this time where all the companies are switching towards petrol cars....pls guide as i am buying due to two reasons, one is for mileage and another is pickup..... pls guide
For long term use ( 10 to 15yrs) thora sa wait korke 1 to 2yrs bad flex fuel engine ( upto E85) wala car bye korna achha hoga kya?
Q .
In hybrid car like HONDA CITY and VW VIRTUS you think is it compatible for e20 ?
I want to purchase these car . Who is better for me ? I go for top model , I liked it .
Hi Vikas, I am planning to buy RE Meteor 650 now. Does RE Meteor 650 would be fine if in future i use E20 petrol ?
Always knowledgeable video bro🙏🙏
Very informative Sir
Kya abhi bs6 phase1 bike purchase karna chaiye, mai long-term keliye use karna chata hoon
But can we use E10 in Bs6 phase 2??? Possibility of knocking
👍🏻 awesome 👏
Accumulation of sticky layer in inlet manifold of two wheeler and detoreation of float chamber components of carburettor engine is my observation.
Awesome brother
Prices of petrol ⛽️ won’t come down ! Even after ethanol blend.
E20 compatible engines will make the prices of the cars 🚗 go up.
Current cars 🚘 engines get deteriorate if we use E20 petrol ⛽️.
So ultimately the car owners who bought cars which were prior to 2023 will be in loss 😢
Consumers will get babaji ka thullu ...no prie reduction in fuel...and old engines of car and bikes will go to scrap faster...fuel efficiency will drop by 10 to 15 percent This will only benifit oil company
@@sanjaymore221 the only one to get profit from this are Adani , Ambani who has hold on oil market.
Now they can use 80% petrol and mix it with 20% ethanol from sugarcane and sell it in the market for the same price.
They will not forget to rise the prices of the fuel every year for extra profit.
Consumers ki gadi , mileage ki waat lagegi.
The solution is buy cycle and save money and be healthy 😂
Nice video
Ethanol mixture is in all types of fuels? Like octane 95 is also mixed with ethanol? Or just regular 91 octane petrol
I guess one possible solution could be to convert bs4 & older cars to CNG.
With minute Hindi Understanding, with the help of English speaking by yourself inbetween hindi, able to understand about E20 Little.

Bhai fir additives wgrh kuch esa aa skta hai kya jisse E20 ka asar km pde engines pe , I'm already using xp95 jo ki difference feel kra deta hai , ya fir esa hi koi petrol variant jis mein jyada refined ho ya better quality like xp100 or more
great
👍 info, Petrol is mixture of various compounds captured by distillation. More ethanol better octane rating, infact 91 octane rating is achieved by 10% ethanol from 87-89 octane. Right now XP95 have better octane hydrocarbon of petrol mixture like higher toluene (strong smell), IOCL even sometimes adds 12% ethanol to achieve 95 octane in XP95. The E20 and E10 rate is same. Engine made to run on higher ignition temp(needing higher octane) will suffer less mileage drop.
Consumers will get babaji ka thullu ...no prie reduction in fuel...and old engines of car and bikes will go to scrap faster...fuel efficiency will drop by 10 to 15 percent This will only benifit oil company
@@sanjaymore221 95% as govt tax 5% benefit to Oil companies, adding little water will make ethanol separate from petrol compounds, internet is full of videos to separate ethanol from E10.
@@deepsaurabh7579 From what source you are saying "IOCL even sometimes adds 12% ethanol to achieve 95 octane in XP95"? Also what you mean by "The E20 and E10 rate is same."? If that is the case why are manufactures now making their new engines E20 compliant by making some changes?
Guys I am thinking of buying brezza petrol. Should I wait for Bs6 phase 2 model?
@@nikhilvijay6022 Depends on how long you like to keep the vehicle, if you are thinking of 5+ years , go for BS6ph2 only, otherwise if you are getting 1.2L+ discount you can go for BS6ph1. check last date of registration , verify whether is it only till tomorrow or till stock last.
Is it only applicable in petrol?
Not in diesel?
Is ethanol only blended in petrol or also with diesel?
Whether Normal E10 will be available in near Future or Not?
Very Nice and informative video!!!
A dumb question though, can there be any possible solution to this? like filter or something sort of
Not as of now. Will have to wait if any third party or manufacturers come up with any additive or something else later.
Internet is full of videos to separate ethanol from ethanol blended gasoline/petrol, by first adding pure water making ethanol to settle with water, you need containers, space and time to do it. It will take 12-24 hr for 99.9% separation.
@@deepsaurabh7579 none of them claimed as fullproof
@@darkrider8496 The petrol you get is 99.9% pure, 0.001 part ethanol and water might still be suspended in petrol, that will not hurt. E10 ethanol itself pull .5% moisture from air. On heavy rain some water already make there way to poorly managed petrol pump tank , I have faced this on many petrol pump.
I've recently booked Ignis Delta. I've the option to choose the older model which would be about 30k cheaper. Should I go with the older or the updated one? Please guide.
Plz go for BS 6 phase 2 engine dont go for old it ll cheaper but u hav to pay in future so better go for new ASAP
What about existing pre-E20 compatible vehicles?:
1. Shall we get both E20 and E10 petrol at pumps in future?
or
2. Is it that we will be forced to use E20 fuel in our old petrol vehicles and customers would bear the loss caused by additional wear and tear due to E20 in non-E20 compliant vehicles?
2 is most likely, common man has to suffer for future
Hello sir 2023 ignish delta 6.30 me gujarat ahmedabad me mil rahi he sahi deal he kya?
Or wo e10 hogi ya e20 ?
Kya performance oriented cars ko koi problem nhi hogi ye e20 petrol se....?
Organic compound matlab Hydro carbon , a thing with hydrogen and carbon
People have been modifying their fuel injection to run E85/racefuel for years. Sure ethanol is compatible with high compression engines (100+ octane after all), but that doesn't mean it won't ignite with a spark. You just need to dump more of it into the engine to make the same power. The problem comes from stock injection pushing less eth than required and making the engine run lean. And lean mix makes engines run hotter and damage stuff downstream. You dont have to 'tune' for higher compression, just a higher air fuel ratio. The other damage is from eth absorbing moisture and settling at the bottom in fuel tank, but that takes like 6 months, so just don't leave it in there for that long
buddy what parts E20 petrol will damage/corrode on my E10 complaint engine exactly and how can manufacture make them compatible?
@@AbhishekKumar1902 you just need to see what parts make up your car's fueling circuit. Fuel tank>pump>fuel hose>injectors. These are the only things eth will come in contact with. It's just harsher on the rubber/plastic bits. I don't think many makers run purely rubber fuel hoses but if you do, better change that. Another thing people are facing is old gypsies getting their fuel pumps corroded. But that should be because older fuel tanks werent that airtight and eth just absorbed moisture too quickly. Chrisfix made a video on how to modify your car to run E85 flexfuel. You can refer that
Hi ... Please correct me if I am wrong but as far as I know current engines can handle upto E25.
Incase of flex fuel engines they are designed to handle fuel having ethanol content more than 25%.
Only problem with Ethanol is, it corrodes the rubber components. Also in freezing temperatures it creates problems while starting the engine.
As mentioned by you high compression ratio of ethanol is true but here the ratio is 20% ethanol and 80% petrol so ingnition of this mixture will not cause that much problem.
No, the current cars are e10 compatible except I guess BMWs. Besides the rubber parts, the higher ethanol content can also create drivability related issues if not tuned accordingly.
Consumers will get babaji ka thullu ...no prie reduction in fuel...and old engines of car and bikes will go to scrap faster...fuel efficiency will drop by 10 to 15 percent This will only benifit oil company
