- Hi, this video shows you 4 different ways to make your PS4 portable. Hopefully this video will give you some ideas on different options to play your PS4 when away from home. Some ideas work better than others.

Great video! Another option would be to mix options 1 and 4, using the PS Vita instead of a custom portable screen/controller solution. Don’t forget that it is possible to connect the Vita directly to the PS4 for remote play, without the need of an internet connection =)

It's your risk on transforming Playstaion 4 systems to a Switch except you'll need a powerful power adapter to boot up the system and the display also you'll risk damaging the disk and the disk reader while walking.
psvr works as an 80 inch screen as well and probably uses less power than the hdr monitor which you also should have figured the watts per hour for that also. that is an awesome hdr screen addon though

I like the car one. Because 1 (Remote Play) is really bad. Problem with 3 and 4 is (for me personally) if I can game for only about 1.5 hours (because of power bank limit), I won't even bother going through the hassle. Unless of course if I can find a much bigger power bank, but that will be quite expensive.

The one where it's connected to the car for power is my fav, but I'd use that portable battery as backup.
Better use portable battery - saves your car battery life, gas and less buzzing sound from power converter :)
I think the Slim is better for doing that than the Pro and the original because it uses less power.

Do you have a PS4 original or PS4 Slim? The power cord that he used for the PS4 also looks different so I don't know if that affects anything. I'm using the PS4 original and it acts like it will turn on using the power bank but won't turn on.
Sell ur ps4 for a good price and get a switch

I had no idea there were this many methods for that! I probably would just stick with the remote play feature on the Vita, maybe get one of the trigger grips with it, and then just connecting through the internet.
But then again, I am not sure how well it would perform if you are in a different area. I guess it would depend on the connection strength.
I hope Sony comforms E3 2018 PS four portable and this is the best way to play PS 4 games on the way, i have PS vita and slim with l2,r2,l3,r3 grip but this is not the same felling

I do recommend you buy an IPS screen, this is so gorgeous on image,even LCD can be perfect without reflex. i got an LG IPS screen about 22'' and them i change to 25 ultrawide,also i got an tablet kindle fire hd 8 that has ips and its so wonderful...!!! if i compare to led its LCD,but on details even 720p screen is so bealtiful and dont let you down.

Every game I have ever played with remote play works perfect with Vita and PS4. The PS3 remote play combo didn’t work well but the PS4 and Vita combo is by far the best way, unless you have a decent computer to run the remote play app. It’s too bad they stopped supporting the Vita but mine will still get plenty of use.

Also triple a games aren't the only games you can play or even the only good games you got games from Nintendo themselves and some from indie developers that tend to be really good.

Not about taking Nintendo games with you. The two has vastly different library. Newer AAAs aren't coming to the Switch because Switch too weak. Existing Switch games are either downgraded ports or Switch exclusives; again not PS4 games.
Let's say I'm a fan of God of War, Far Cry, Assassin's Creed, Witcher, or most other games that aren't on the Switch, what's the point of having the Switch when your favourites aren't there.
Just because someone wanna play PS4 outside, doesn't mean they should buy the Switch.

I mean you have doom and darksouls playing on the switch so it can't be so behind that games can't be made to compensate for it and while they may be downgraded it comes with the advantage of playing on the go without needing to have an app or another device. Also the libraries are very different true but thats bound to happen with different game consoles but that wasn't what I was talking about you in you're comment made it seem like you were saying the switch had no games worth playing on the go and triple a games weren't ever going to come and I said that there were games worth playing and that triple a games are probably going to show up later in the switches lifetime
