Bluebeard's one and only album:
• Bluebeard - Bluebeard ...
I've been on a Mark Kozelek/Sun Kil Moon killing, I've been listening to Bluebeard, other Japanese rock bands, trying to keep up with my, local scene. It's all so wonderful, but kinda stressful in a way to keep up with. There's just never going to be enough time to do everything you want to.
Correct/Over and Purity are fucking great. In a perfect world at least Purity made it onto Bluebeard's later album. It's almost a crime we don't live in that world. This cut of Room 501 that later appeared on their album is very charming, and I can't quite say I like listening to one more than the other. Bittersweet fucking rocks but I can see why it wasn't revisited. But seriously, Purity, oh my god. Perfect. These songs and Bluebeard's album just scream the word "youth" to me. I'm not particularly sure why, maybe because I've been listening to them for a little over four years now. I don't really know. Reminds me to get on with my goals and such before it's too late. - Hudba
Hey man!
Glad to see someone else jumping inside the Bluebeard train (or ship for comedy sake)
Theres something about their music that just hits the right spot for me, and im actually obsessed with CORRECT, so far as to actually trying to get the full song just by ear (if anyone would like to help with dat that would be awesome)
As always, nice to see this "forgotten" band getting the recognition that, in my opinion, it rightfully deserves
Lovin em for four years and counting. Fuck yeah. They "feel" blue, they feel cold, wintery, it's great stuff. Yoshikazu Takahashi (vocals, guitar) has a public instagram. Maybe you can ask him for help. He posted the lyrics on my album upload of theirs (and then deleted his comment since people kept comment spamming him).

CORRECT
Nobody knows what may happen tomorrow
I have no energy now, time does pass
He betrays me under the mask of friendship
Now his worthless word make my life unhappy
I don't want to run away
There is no advantage in doing it
My action or words hurt someone, maybe I'll never be disturbed
If I would live from hand to mouth
only, I'd like to go ahead
ROOM 501 (Two Songs Tape version)
my room is at the end of this corridor
there are lots of things in my room
but, my room_key is missing
i don't know where it is
i don't know when i enter my room alone
this is the place where i kiss her [???]
PURITY
I'll go out here
Cause I don't want to stay anymore
Can anybody heal my heart
I look for the place in your soul
I was at loss in the wind of december
White sigh mixed with cold air
"There was no peace of mind in this place"
Meaning and reason
I was left alone again
A man said to me
"It looks like snow tonight"
how about the other songs? do you have the lyrics to them too?
@@asdfds45 I just added the lyrics for Room 501 since they're slightly different to the album version. Unfortunately I can't understand the lyrics for Over or Bittersweet. I've asked Yoshizaku on instagram if he can help me out, but he hasn't responded in the month since I've asked so I don't think we'll get an answer. Shame. I can make out a few words on each song, but I don't want to write anything down and misrepresent the song.
For Room 501, I think it’s “it is the best to kick out the door”
@@whitedude877 I'd be shocked if he still has or knows the lyrics to over or bittersweet, I believe he didn't write or sing those two (or purity, for that matter). They were written by the other guitarist (before stanley joined the band and they recorded the album) according to a reply I got on twitter years ago. I don't have the link to the tweet or any proof besides "trust me bro" though so I guess you can take it with a grain of salt.
insane
@whitedude877 Hello and thanks for the uploads man! Do you know where to find these in CD format if they are still out there?
