It's worth mentioning that there are some huge updates coming to Divi 5.0. it will be the biggest update ever. It will basically be a new theme / builder. It will be good to see how Elementor will catch up.
There's one big difference now in term of pricing. Yes Divi is "lifetime" BUT now with Elementor AI & Divi AI it's another story... Elementor AI is cheaper with 2.99$ per month or 8.25$ per month with a limit of 18k / 50k credit (Text Prompt 1 Credit / Code Prompt 1 Credit / Image Prompt 33 Credits / Container Prompt 40 Credits), in opposition Divi AI is 24$ per month (18$ if you pay the entire year) but with unlimited use. That's a really BIG difference between both, cause AI are now nearly mandatory or will become mandatory anyway to work faster.
Hi there and thanks for the financial breakdown! That's indeed a excellent point. WHen making this video, AI wasn't even a thing yet to use within Elementor or Divi. You are right about the prices. However, everyone should take a look IF they will be using this. Basicly because most normal people who make a website doesn't use these AI systems yet. But who knows in the future!
Hello, thank you for the video. It was helpful to me. As a UI developer, I mostly use Elementor Pro to create custom UI for websites and have never used Divi, nor have I used ready-made themes, I create customer UI only. So, if a developer creates a custom UI, which one is better?

Hi there! Well that sounds like a strange way to build a website. My advice would be to buy Divi via wp.discount and use the Divi theme alone. I would not advice Divi to work well as a stand alone plugin with another theme. Elementor could work with your theme, but that totally depends on the theme. And I don’t know the theme your referring to 😀
There is a big rating drop on Elementor due to pricing. If you're building just 1 website then who cares about the multiple website expense. An agency would just pass this cost onto their client and it's a tiny fraction of the whole website build cost anyway. Also, starting with a free page builder will be the option most noobs will pick. So you have covered this pretty well but you have a job of building multiple websites hence your ratings are tipped in favour of Divi

At least with Divi you can just keep the license for one site AND use it for over 5 or 10 or 20 years when you need to build more websites 😀 I of course build every day websites for my clients do that works excellent for me 😅

Hi there! I would not advice you to do so. That might cause a lot of problems down the road. You could use Gravity Forms or another free form like Contact Form 7, they work well with Divi!

I actually bought divi Lifetime license and gave it back after i realized that i need to buy plugins to be able to do stuff i can do in elementor pro. Maybe still cheaper long turn, but i felt fooled
