Was not expecting poindexter lookin' ass.
I came to the same conclusion as Dane at the same time.
She knew, she panicked and she put the baby back.
There's also the possibility that she was very tired, saw the baby and thought it was asleep, put it back, and then went back to sleep not realizing fully what had happened.

Fun fact: Caffeine can actually be transferred to a child via the mother's milk. It's mostly in trace amounts, but it can be enough that some babies get fussy and such after feeding. There being caffeine in Jasmine's system shouldn't be such a strange thing, unless either the mother hadn't had any caffeine, or it was in large amounts.
I imagine she used formula if the signs are true. I don't think drug addicts breast feed, god I'd hope not.
I was actually gonna look it up after I watched the video thanks for thisđđ
Yep, I breastfeed and my son throws up if I drink too much coffee. He's 13 months old and he's always had an issue with me having a lot of caffeine in my system.
Large amounts of it can be deadly to a tiny body, so I'm definitely curious how much they found since it was mentioned.
@@yeahokaycoolcool wow ...that reminded me of my friend when she would breastfeed her daughter and having some reaction. She told the doctor she only has one cup of tea early in the morning... So she cut down on caffeine altogether from any source and still the daughter would have some reaction . After digging more into her daily eating habit, it was strawberries !! Even if she only had one strawberry chopped over her yogurt, that's still cause her daughter to have a reaction. Not sure what caused that but my friend told me during her pregnancy she focused a lot on only eating salads to avoid gaining too much weight during her first pregnancy. And while she was breastfeeding she had to change everything about her diet because her daughter was having weird reactions to the breast milk. So during her to other pregnancies, my friend as whatever she can within limits, and both her kids had no problems or any reaction to any food.
I was one of those babies! I'd scream and cry if she fed me after drinking coffee so she cut it out until she stopped breastfeeding me. I was diagnosed with IBS as a teen and I cannot eat or drink certain things without pain.
It's common knowledge that these lie detector tests aren't completely accurate. I always wondered how many lives shows like these ruined.

The more she went on with her story, the harder it got for me to feel sorry for her. She was just as fucked up as they were and instead of taking responsibility she tried pushing the blame. That poor baby.
She isnât being totally honest here. The way sheâs telling the story, sheâs obviously trying to bypass what she did wrong by using addlibs
Yep. She was spun out or coming down off something, and caused the terrible loss. People will convince themselves of a lie to not have to live with the truth.
Also she's a junkie almost for sure
The story feels so fake
@@itaiweinberg4127 Well it probably is. Most stories on these dumb talk shows are fake but stuff like this does happen.
The detective work you guys went through is spot on. She either knowingly or unknowingly smothered the baby while she slept. Woke up and, again, knowingly or unknowingly, put the deceased baby in the bassinet. Then was awoken by the guy that came in and said something is wrong.
Whether she was messed up and doesnt remember putting the baby in the bassinet or did it intentionally to put blame on someone else, we will never know. But she knew she had done it in either case.
Caffeine DEFINITELY transfers through breast milk. I nursed 5 babies and I couldn't drink coffee or soda with caffeine because it was cause my babies to become agitated.
Careful with an agitated baby. They'll whoop your ass if not restrained
the way they talked about how she put the baby back in the bassinet really hits hard. she could have been in so much shock that she just couldn't comprehend that her child was dead. she doesn't seem like the greatest person but i do think it was truly an accident

Dane always understands whatâs happening and ken is mostly confused
I remember when I lost my son I couldn't cry about the situation even though I was completely destitute. I think like 6 months after the fact was when I broke down one day for no discernible reason. Everyone processes trauma a little differently and sometimes it just takes a while for things to kick in. It seems common within my support network that most people can eventually talk about traumatic events fairly openly after about a year without completely breaking down though we don't really try to bring it out.
I'm so sorry for your loss.
I recently had my first proper loss in the family, like as an adult I mean and it was my cousin who made it full term in her pregnancy but her baby died that day from heart failure, a hereditary thing unfortunately and it wasn't until the very late afternoon the next day it hit me abruptly and I just couldn't stop crying for like 3 days, I was so upset about it. It still makes me so sad
Took me 3 years to grieve or even bring myself to look at photos .
My mother too, she lost my sister when she was 3. People were saying that she killed my sister because she showed no emotions. Little did they know she cried everyday in her room all of my childhood, and finally found peace 3-4 years ago.
So sorry for your lost đ
The way Ken lost composure when Josh walked out đđđđ bruhhh. Is Mary ever gonna sit with yâall n do reactions? I would love to see that

That intro from Josh though...That voice AND that sentence both just totally unexpected. Legend.
Honestly, I feel that they baby passed away from neglect, because everyone around her were constantly high or intoxicated.
Oh. Oh what happened is actually worse. That's so tragic. I hope she sees this as a wakeup call to stay off the drugs!
It's a sad reality and this happens every minute that parents addicted to drugs neglect their kids and babies to the point of death and starvation. Even cps don't do anything due to them being understaffed.
Trainspotting
They can also die from loneliness can't they ?
@@ChichiPee yes they can since they depend on parental love. I think there was a WW1 or WW2 experiment that a certain country wanted to make a superhuman that doesn't show any emotions of killing or loving. They did adopt babies that didn't have any parents and put them in separate pods. In a week or so, they pass away due to no affection or human care (besides feeding them a bottle but have to be with 𧀠gloves)
How hard is it to keep a baby around and talk to it, and feed it? I know people with addictions that don't get in the way of their parenting. I mean if you're shooting up you probably shouldn't have a baby, but it is possible to manage your addiction and be a parent. Its like any other illness, you gotta manage it or it takes over ur life.
As soon as Josh walked out I almost died from laughter. Looks like something off of American horror story

The saddest episode of Steve Wilkos I've ever seen was a woman who's young son died & her bf stole & discarded the ashes & he never admitted where they are, well apparently he didn't take the ashes but he knows who did. I was in tears, I cannot even begin to fathom how sad & enraged I'd feel. I'd beat him to a bloody pulp until he confessed where my child's ashes are.
I remember that episode i cried too. And i would do the same exact thing. Torture his ass for the truth.
Bruh, why would people do that?
That's so messed up. I imagine it would be hard to pursue that legally. I know if ashes aren't given to the right full next of kin family can sue for possession of remains.

So hilarious!!! It's a funny situation with that baby.
@@danthemankhan So you think that someone k*lling a 3 month old baby is funny? You're sick.
I tried to make mom friends one time and this girl told me she gave formula mixed with Gatorade to her baby âso the sugar will make her crawlâ ⊠needless to say I did not continue searching for mom friends đ point of this is to say not everyone is suitable to be a parent
Daamn, that made my stomach curdle. đ€ą đ€ź đ€§
My daughter has the same issue trying to make mom friends. The women she meets are raising their children to be feral and these stay at home moms have no respect for their own husbands. My daughter allows neither. Keep them far away, you're doing the right thing.
I watched a woman on a bus open a plastic bottle of cola and pour it directly in a baby bottle. This was a newborn infant and the baby did drink it. I'm an obvious foreigner in my country, so I didn't say anything as I would have gotten run off the bus and nobody would have changed behavior anyway. If I would have known who she was, I would have made an anonymous call to the child abuse hotline, but it was just some person on a bus I never saw again. This was many years ago but I still feel bad that I couldn't think of anything to do.
I have the same problem... Tried hanging out with old friends with no kids. Nope. Tried making new friends with and without kids. Still nope lol. There's this one girl I tolerate because our daughters are friends and use the same bus stop but good lord... It's a struggle.
Whaaatt??? Noooooo
Our pediatrician hammered home into our heads that we absolutely should never co-sleep with our child as an infant. There's articles about how it may possibly be done safely but she was adamant about it. Apparently this happens a lot more than it should even when parents are being as safe as can they can be. I dozed off for like 5 minutes once with them lying on my chest and I freaked about it. I mean, people can do what they want and I won't tell people how to raise their children, but this is an absolute nightmare scenario for me.
definitely do not co-sleep if you are under the influence of drugs or medications.
Yeah a girl that lived down the road from us had her first kid accidentally pass away because she had the baby in the bed and they rolled onto them. It was awful.
It can definitely be done safely humans have been doing it forever. Itâs when people arenât educated about it properly that it becomes unsafe unfortunately đ
It is a very common cause of infant deaths. I know parents want to keep their baby close, but itâs too big of a risk. Iâm sure every parent who had lost a child that way feels enormous guilt for the rest of their life.
It can definitely be done safely. And you should also have self-awareness on whether you are a light enough sleeper. There are little beds with mesh walls that fit next you on your bed. Never fall asleep with a baby on you.
Dude, I think this video was used in my Psyche class in college to show an example of someone attempting to pin their child's murder on someone else. We had to identify the signs of discrepancies between her story and how her emotions were displayed
OMFG LMAO "if you wanna be my lover you gotta get with my friends" hahahaha Dane cracks me up, I always thought that was one of the oddest song lyrics.
I always watched this show back in the day. It gets super dark but Steve always goes wild on the monsters. Please watch more.
My problem with Steve is that he goes way softer on women. Iâve rarely, if ever, seen him go equally as hard on women as he does when men are found out to be lying about their crimes. Many times he even offers some sort of support or therapy or something to the women. Meanwhile he rages and throws chairs and cusses the men out. It grosses me out. An abuser is an abuser, a killer is a killer. Doesnât matter what gender you are.
@@phoenixjklin I think he's started to go a bit more rough on women abusers and criminals too.
@@phoenixjklin yeah it kind of depends on the episode. This was messy but not a chair thrower
Why do people think the chair throw adds anything to it? All it does is create a reason to cancel the show if he doesn't miss

I've actually been on the show!!! I love them. Mine was confronting my abuser and I can say that I'm so grateful for Steve and his team. This show is real
I've watched enough JCS to know the mom is responsible within the first 10 minutes. She's too calm refuting accusations of murdering her own child. (Any innocent person being accused of something that horrible would be hysterical and fuious.) She's not crying until she says the truth. Her expression never changes, b/c she's too focused on which lie to say next.

When it comes to the bassinet thing, I don't know how someone rolled into a bassinet but I do know a family that had a newborn, had a party to celebrate about 2-3 weeks after bringing baby home, and they had put the baby on the bed to sleep while they went back to the common space for the party. Next morning, about 4 grown adults had passed out on that bed and baby had died. Always make sure your child has a safe, separate sleeping space, even if you do normally co-sleep.
Who the hell has a bender party to celebrate a newborn. Alcohol is off the table once the baby is born because drunk parents are terrifying to children. If you don't like that, don't have kids

Saying "that has nothing to do with this" isnt necessarily an admission of guilt, though. It could just be a false accusation she uses all the time and because hes tired of it instead of denying it he just says "yeah okay whatever". We don't know for sure, we just know what we see in the video and judging by the way they act and speak and their body language it didnt seem like he was or had been abusing her. As someone with up close personal experience with abuse, I'm not just like talking out of my ass, I do know at least a little bit what I'm talking about.

When they said the baby died under "mysterious circumstances" I immediately thought it was SIDS (sudden infant death syndrome). But the fact she blamed another person for HER mistake, is what boils my blood!

The first time Ken said 3 month-year old, I was like, did I hear that right? Just a slip right? Nope! He says it again almost every time! đ
Dane's quiet "nu uhs" got me đ
When Josh walked out I literally choked on my drink. That bar is set so low is on the ground.. đ€Ł
I want Buff to go to Australia and have a real meme couch again. Iâm glad you made the channel still work but there is something about seeing buff start to fall asleep on the couch hits different hahaha â€â€â€
Definitely miss those days but I understand why BuffPro is still in the states....

Yeah me too but im pretty sure the spiders will keep Buff out of Australia lol
Why Buff have to go? He's not the bitch who moved away and left us all without couch game because his God/wife made him. :)
@@MariaC497his god? What lol he wanted to move because the school systems here are dangerous and he didnât want his kids to end up in a school shooting. Canât blame him for wanting to protect his family from the crazy people over here. And as he said they always planned to move over there just didnât know when they would. His wife didnât make him and idk where you got his god made him from lol
@@ConfidentCritters exactly like I'd pick Australia over the USA anyday!
I just found this channel today and itâs already my favorite channel on CZcams đ€Łđ€ŁđŻđŻ
I died laughing harder than Ken n Dean đ when the "sexy man meat Josh" walked out đ
I took a lie detector test before and one of the first questions they ask is to give your name and date of birth, so I told them my name and dob... Let's just say I've been lying about that this whole time (apparently).
As for bassinettes go, there is also the playpen/bassinette-type combo where you can open the side of the bassinette and the baby sleeps next to you in the bassinette, not the bed. So, I can see how it might be plausible that someone could roll over on the baby in a setup like that.
2:36 "to prove she did not kill her 3-month-year old daughter" lmao
Thank you Mary, I swear, Iâve never laughed so hard watching a video, where I had to put my phone on pause when Ken & Buff were laughing when Josh âThe Stud Manâ went on stage!! đ€Łđđ€Łđ
11:16 is the reason these two have been such great friends for so many years. That genuine laughter.
Ken's reaction to Josh coming out was definitely the highlight of the video! đ€Łđ€Łđ€Ł
I like the respect you give to these guys when needed, thank you!
She seems more concerned about her relationship than her child...
Josh out here havin two people fight over him. Then thereâs me, sitting in my bed in the dark eating ice cream. I need to step my game up.
Still would rather have the ice cream than this nonsense đ
When Josh Came out we all had the same reaction I was like Oh NOOOOOO lol Josh is not it!! LOL Love watching you guys!!! Thanks Guys You ALWAYS make my day!!
I love these videos you get wisdom and laughs itâs perfect
15:24 THE WAY THEY LAUGH SENDS ME EVERY TIME HAHAHHAHA
Woman has been deflecting over a terrible thing she did while high, by blaming someone else.
Steve: You know the real issue here? Polyamory.
My jaw dropped when he said the moral of this story is "don't be polyamorous or you'll kill babies" literally everything but that was the issue in this storyđ
Love that the person right behind him rolls their eyes at that point and clearly has the same reaction as us of "are you kidding me?"
Itâs used as a stupid tagline the title they kept at the bottom wasnât even about the baby. They instead rather scandalize the fact that they were gay, the 2000 at itâs finest đ
on a lighter note, I love Ken's explosive one-note laugh, like at 10:26. I have the same kind of laugh sometimes and its embarrassing but funny as hell. same goes for the tea kettle laugh at 15:24. Ken just brings a smile to my face âș
The tea kettle laugh wheeze always kills me đ
Same. I love fun laughs, they make me laugh. It's contagious
i laughed so hard at joshs i aint no baby killer lmaooo
I died laughing when Josh came out haha what a show
