- While speaking to reporters outside the courtroom this week, Alina Habba went on a tear about the gag order on Donald Trump, but her legal analysis of it left many scratching their heads. Habba claimed that she doesn't even know if the gag order applies to her since she works for Trump, and therefore that confusion means that the order is unconstitutional. That isn't how the law works, and Habba, as a lawyer, should know that. Farron Cousins explains what happened.
