Please list the sources for the LiOn batteries and the BMS. Are these 18650 batteries you chose?
Nice Job!!!
The only problem I have with this video is the use of an impact wrench to tighten vehicle bolts which always have specific torque specs..😵💫 You're asking for a mid-journey freak accident.
Very good 👍😊هاذا لي اريده
To balance nimh battery packs, a circuit with two 1n4007 diodes in series plus a resistance of 1 to 10 ohms is used. The voltage drop in each diode is 0.7 volt x 2 is 1.4 volts. The resistance limits the intensity of the balancing current. Being soldered to all Ni cells this increases the life and performance of the battery pack.
Thank for your infomation!❤️❤️❤️❤️
Hi sir
Do you mean lituum batteri or nickel cadmium batteri? because in this video the guye rebuild nickel cadmium batteri to litium batteri.
May i ask why did you choose 4cell instead of 3 cells?. Is it ok to far exceed the voltage? Do these motors from power tools can handle higher voltages., if so by how much? Thank you
I am currently running a whole lot of older Makita and Hitachi 14.4 volt power tools on Milwaukee M18 batteries. First I made some adaptors to fit the M18's out of 4mm acrylic then I epoxied them to the top halves of the dead 14.4 NIMH battery cases and they slid right in. Other than having to put a screw in the old battery cases to hold them into the tools they work slick as owl shit. Also I've been using them set up like this for 7 or 8 years now with no problems whatsoever. I chose to use the M18's because I also have a lot of Milwaukee tools and you cant over discharge them as soon as they get below 18 volts they shut themselves off.

I have the 14.4 Makita set still like new, but the batteries are garbage. I wish you sold the upgraded kits.
