- The Notre Dame Fighting Irish stayed perfect by defeating the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, 31-13. Notre Dame quarterback Ian Book threw for 199 yards and a touchdown, and rushed for 46 yards. Irish running back Kyren Williams rushed for 76 yards and 2 touchdowns in the victory. On defense, the Irish accumulated 5 sacks and forced 2 fumbles to keep the Yellow Jackets offense in check.
Notre Dame dominates the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball. All 5 of their offensive linemen should be drafted
Well... 3 of them got drafted, 1 signed as an UDFA w/ the Lions & the other one will be either the starting C or LT for ND in 2021. Not too shabby.

I haven’t seen a Notre Dame team this big and this fast in a very long time. The Clemson game should be very good and the fact that Notre Dame could win that game speaks volumes about the Job coach Kelly has done with the program
And bright futures for a lot of NFL players still Freshman or Redshirt freshman. Lenzy, C Tyree, Austin, like Crawford canyon catch a break, K William's, The secondary is good but only lol the side K Hamilton is covering, true ball hawk, never seen his vision, k Williams reminds me of Golden Tate. And Mr Mayer.. lol this was supposed to be the 2nd best Incoming tight end and this is a man amongst boys. Could play NFL now. Him and Hamilton are players we will get if we win this game and others ,we are way past due, we, I mean ND. Side note Waiting on c. Tyree and J Johnson ((5STAR recruit)tyree also in my eyes a 5 star, def M.mAyer despite whatever they have him someone whiffed there. Excited for the next couple years. Hopefully Kelly will finish with T Buchner as a National Champion or Champions.

The future is bright for Georgia Tech. That’s said, I would like to see what Tucker Gleason can do. Jeff Sims missed like 7 wide open throws and a few of them would have been touch downs. Jeff is talented and will get better no doubt but Tucker could be a massive sleeper QB for the Jackets.

Everyone on GT is bench pressing the offensive line but not dipping and ripping the ball. Thats just inconsistence.

Those black uniforms look awful. Doesn't fit GT at all. Maybe a team like Iowa or something, but GT should stick to a gold, navy or white combo. Same with Pitt.
With Kelly as head coach the Irish will never win a national championship or recruit a 5 star QB. Guys like Trevor Lawrence want to make millions in the
NFL and will only go to a high profile, championship school with someone like Dabo or Saban as coach. With a winning school and coach those QBs are
more likely to win a Heisman and a national title thereby raising their odds of being a high draft choice.
Urban Meyer, with 3 national titles, 3 SEC championships and 2 Big Ten titles, is on record as stating that the head coaching position with ND would be
his "dream job." he does half time and pre game analysis while schools throw millions at him that he scorns. He is quietly waiting for the call from South Bend.

You’re stupid. Instead of kelly you should say “notre dame.” Plus you said “won’t ever” then say “doesn’t mean it’ll happen.” About the 5 star QB. Hilarious how he hit you with some facts and you had to rebuttal. Also you made you’re own argument when you said they students want to make millions. They don’t go to notre dame for that they go to football schools like bama, Clemson and Ohio state for that. So again you shouldn’t lead with “Kelly, you should say notre dame.” As a notre dame fan I’ve loved the kelly era cause we win. Before that being a notre dame fan was embarrassing and we sucked from the Lou era to the kelly era. Y’all old heads need to move on to other teams with that mindset.
Notre Dame by all rights should have hung 50+ on GT but, ND played a bit sloppy and they're passing game is lacking. GT is just flat out terrible. They should stick to baseball lol... or techie stuff.
teams that can score 50 usually play faster tempo than ND is playing this year. They have slowed their tempo this year for numerous reasons. Their last 3 games I believe they have possessed the ball around 37 out of 60 minutes of play. They are great this year on 3rd and short unlike last year. Also 4 games in a row where they have taken between 6-8 minutes of last possession bleeded the clock out without really trying to have one last score. They don't pile the score up to embarrass the opponent. I hated the way they managed the clock on the last possession of the 1st half today. No reason to give GT on last poss beforew the half. remember GT was getting ball 1st to start 2nd half. Today was sloppy with stupid deadball penalties and a few 15yd misconducts. They need eliminate that and not give up 93 yd fumble return against a team like clemson.
@@raysalsa1 They're going to need the running game (which they have) against the Clemson's of the world to control the LOS. It's the passing game that I'd like to see improve to stretch the defense out. The running game would flourish once all pieces come together.
ND should've put 50+ on Louisville. Louisville couldn't stop ND's run game even if their lives depended on it,
However, Brian Kelly couldn't help himself & kept calling for passing plays for no reason.

Good thing Notre Dame played sloppy. Every point GT made was because of Notre Dame. This is a another poor game played by ND and not by any means a well played game by GT

Notre Dame Has One of Easiest schedules For any Top 10 Team. GT is Almost Like J.Varsity Team,W/ All the Under Classmen Starting.ND Will Not Beat a Clemson , Even W/ Out Clemson's Starting QB Out.

@@Badbandanaman Apart from the fact that Clemson had 2 starting LBs, 1 DT, 2 WRs and their QB1 out, they played it close due to defensive errors & a fumble. I think Clemson still has enough depth to beat ND at South Bend. Go Tigers!

I don't think you've been watching ND for the last 10 years then. This is sort of Brian Kelly's MO and, honestly, they're not that much different from previous teams. Big O-line, running back by committee, tall WRs, big TEs, stout but not suffocating defense, good pass rush (not great), good to great linebackers, coverage is about a B+. Efficient QB play, not a lot of turnovers but not a lethal air offense either. That's....like all of the good ND teams of the Kelly era.
There's nothing wrong with that and it makes for good teams but we've yet to see Kelly cross the line and dominate a good team.
