Love this. 1:06 I do something similar but I'll use a dark colored juice instead or blend a dark fruit into some spare lemonade and freeze it. I'll see you inspired me if I ever want to give Mom a break from art, I can always do art food.

It's most likely an indicator of some kind. It changes from blue to pink when introduced to the citric acid in lemonade
