I think using the belt to move the car is not a good idea. If the car gets away from you it might drag you where you along the ground, maybe even roll over you. You will have a hard time getting free.
If there was a guy, we could've seen his shadow. In fact I myself am a girl too and I can confirm pushing a car is easy and the seatbelt thing comes in handy. There's no need for the stupid masculism everything.

If you are in a real situation your headrest would be the better option over the seat buckle. you can get more force behind it and have a larger area of contact when as the buckle is restricted by the seatbelt and the small surface of contact.
