That set up makes your living room look so so small. I would put the couch where you had the other one and put a chair on either side of the room facing the tv. Zoe is too funny, such a sweet fur baby! Love your bedroom, looks great! ❤

Old English Scratch Cover for Dark Woods is definitely the way to go. You only use a little bit. It cleans the wood and refreshes it and covers the "raw-ness" of the scratches and nicks without taking away any of the character of the piece. Less than $6 at Walmart. One long blind across the bedroom window would help disguise that it's off-centered. Looks good!

You remind me of myself when I was younger. You just manhandle that furniture until you get it to do what you want. That’s a great price. I bought mine and had to put them together. And they were more expensive. I want to rearrange my bedroom. You’re making it look easy. But my bedroom is carpeted. And our furniture is wood and it’s old. I’m going to have to take all the drawers out just to move it. But watching you doing this is making me want to do it. Those chairs look perfect with the new sofa. Now Zoe has a place to look out the window. Your bedroom looks so comfortable. And that’s always what I look for. And it looks like it’s Zoe approved. You could put the treadmill next to the nightstand and between the secretary. The living room looks great too. That is a great coffee table. You can pull it up and eat on it.

Have you ever considered putting wireless lighting inside the living room built-ins? Amazon has some really thin wireless, remote controlled lighting you could mount on the underside of each shelf to give some soft lighting inside the built-ins that I think would really step up the look even more than it already is! ❤
Very beautiful, I think a glass top coffee table would look absolutely stunning compared to dark opaque coffee table in the living room.
Love it all! I ended up using a wooden dining bench for the coffee table in our small living room. It was narrow which gave us space to walk around but we could still put our feet up, and I could move it around if we needed extra seating for guests. Just a thought😊

Looks great! I would put a table lamp or tall candle on the small table in front of the window. Maybe at some point you can invest in a small treadmill that folds up and goes under the bed!
Can I make a suggestion? I feel furniture looks cramped in the living room and you have to turn to watch tv. I would put the couch where it always was and the chairs on each side of it. You would see the tv from all spots. It would also open up living room making it look larger. Love the new furniture❣️

Bedroom looks beautiful so glad you got matching nightstands I like mismatched furniture but like you said theres something about nightstands that imo they have to match 😅 living room and dining room look stunning! Can’t wait to see the headboard and what you come up with.
I think when you do get a headboard the color should be black. I think it would go good with the nightstands and dresser. It will even make the accent wall color stand out more.

Love the secretary desk! My grandma had one just like that & I spent my childhood playing "office" at the desk!! I loved the slots in the desk, even as a girl. My grandma always put envelopes & stamps, stationary, pens - - it fascinated me & loved playing there! Also, LOVE the new living room!!! Happy for you guys.... : ) : )

The new Living Room Couch and Chairs are very nice and I am glad you kept the coffee table it is great. The new curtains are beautiful. Where are they from. I need them. I do not care for the set up of the Living Room, it looks so cramped- not because of the coffee table- you have a set up that isn't working. Sorry. I know you like change, but consider the new furniture the change😊 maybe put one chair by the window and one directly across from it. Move them around, work with them.
The bedroom changes are fabulous! Target pillows are gorgeous! Bed is pretty. End tables are nice and I like the lamps. Darker curtains are perfect in the bedroom. Bed looks good. Love the chair and lamp. You need a lamp for your desk. That plant may leak on your desk and ruin the wood. (Past experience. ) The desk is a good place to store your art supplies, since I noticed you have been painting more (and you are very good. You should paint more.) I own a similar Secretary. I actually bought a new white desk from Amazon. But I still cannot part with the old one yet, so I have 2, it's nuts. I love that fan!!!!!!!

I just ordered the duvet cover and it was only 27.00 wow ! Great deal. I needed a light one because the one I have now is darker. I always change it up too LOL Cracks me up when your decorations I’m saying Yes/No, Yes/no as your doing it LOL Remember three’s five’s triangles and so on.
If you fold the pillow in half and stick it inside the cover it opens up. I do this all the time. I buy covers and inserts often. Lol jus ask m ly husband lol 😂 ❤

Totally understand the table choice too! Wonder though if the living room curtains are the right color. Unless you infused their color elsewhere in the room with a pillow or something. Awesome finds. I always shop clearance at Target. You found some gems! Sometimes things there don’t have clearance on them but if you use the price check scanner you will be shocked at the hidden discounts. 😊

If you are going to keep this layout then move the couch to in front of the window and float the chairs in the hallway side. They will appear less heavy looking. I personally like the couch facing of the fireplace.
I think I explained why I couldn't do this int he voice over but just a quick explanation. If I put it in front of the window it's going to cover the firepalce.if you look close that built in is actually smaller than the other side therfore the couch will not fit without covering the fireplace insert and then I worry about the dogs running and jumping at the window. The couch won't last long if I put it there. However I must say I appreciate your suggestions 😞

The secretary was a terrific find. It gives you so much storage with all of those bottom drawers, and I love the little cubbies and compartments up top .
To watch TV hurt your neck with furniture that way but it looks good you always do a good job
I just bought those nightstands last week . They're in my storage unit until I move into my new house on the 25th .

Love everything you have done to update your spaces…. Your bedside lamps remind me of some in cream that I use to have that I loved . I really like the color and shades, but am wondering if a taller harp might work better to bring the shades up a little higher putting more space between; the top of the lamp and the shade bottom. I love the bedroom just as it is. With the wall behind your bed and the cushion on your bed, it's all ypu need. Love it all. If you put a picture and headboard it will be way to much in a small room.

I just bought night stands at TJ a few days ago! I bought lamps too but I don’t like them. Need to keep looking. I have a chocolate brown leather couch and the dogs claws…. Let me tell ya, driving me crazy with the tiny scratches. 😅 Your rooms are much warmer. Great inspo.
