Hello guys. We have today a nespresso U machine model XN250 that no water going thru the machine due to a cloged flow meter. This is how to fix it really easy.
Your kind demontration gave me inspiration where to check. In my case, there was no foreign substance in the circulation part of machine. But following your process have fixed my machine. Thank you! >_
Hi Adrian, I was given a used Nespresso U machine today, which hasn't been used for a long time. The first time I started and moved the slider back and forth, no water came out (it seemed liked the water level in the water reservoir didn't go down at all so I didn't check the capsule chamber). I waited for 10 minutes and tried it again, this time a little spurts came out, but most of the water was in the capsule chamber (almost full). The 3rd time, I got more water in my cup and 2/3 full capsule chamber with water. The 4th time, I got even more water in my cup, and maybe 1/2 full chamber. So, it seems that something is working a little better each time. What do you think I should try to fix first? The diffuser plate? Use the tooth brush and maybe run the nozzle with hot water through? I don't want to run the descaling cycle YET because I would like to tackle this in steps and be smart about it. I am so glad I ran into your channel. I am not handy at all but I would like to try fixing this myself instead of buying a new one. You are so awesome. Thank you.
Thank you for your videos. I watched your Nespresso Essenza repair video as well. We have c101 with no water intake. Does that model have this flowmeter apparatus as well? If so, I gueess we should start by checking if the flowmeter is clogged and then go on with pump, right? Thanks again.
Hi. I don't remember to ses a flow meter in essenza mini model. I only repaired 2 of them and did not have this problem at all. Just open up and go along the intake pipe. If it goes into the pump them you have your answer.
My issue is that the top part (black plastic) retracts back to the metal heating block and then goes back to the front of the machine immediately after. The pump doesn’t even get started. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
