Einstein has a long talk after a shower
VloĆŸit
- Äas pĆidĂĄn 22. 01. 2019
- After getting a shower Einstein talks up a storm and tells you all about it! As he drys off, he says many references to all things water. He says the ever popular "Look at you! You're all wet!" many times, as well as making the water sound. He also pretends to eat corn at about the 23:38 mark and has a new saying, "Clean it with water" can be found at the 17:00 minute mark.
đŠ
Einstein Parrot is a very talkative African Grey Parrot! He lives with us in our home in Texas and was hatched on June 15, 1997. Einstein is a silly, smart, and popular parrot who loves to talk and entertain! He is famous for his impression of Matthew McConaughey, ( âą Einstein thinks Matthe... ) NOT the "Einstein" that was featured on the TV show Animal Planet. He likes to talk on various "parrot approved areas" in our home, such as the kitchen drawer, the shower, kitchen chairs, napkin holders, and of course his play perches! Einstein has brought much joy to our lives, but training and living with a parrot requires time, patience, and sacrifice.

Imagine a Bird comes at night through window and says "it's alright don't be scared" I'll pass outđ€Ł
Rightđ€Ł
Go to sleep now. It's okay
He has his own distinctive voice too. He sounds like himself which is cool. He wants to go outside and see the squirrel. So adorable!!
"It's alright don't be scared, it's alright"
That just shows you guys are amazing pet owners
I AGREE :)
This African grey has the clearest pronunciation and diction I've ever heard .
U want corn?đ€Ł
A raven does to me
He's so cute! He talks more clearly than some people I know lol
I love when Einstein drops to a deep male voice. His diction is so clear.
It's his daddy's voice, Jeff saying Raspberry I think
Every time he says âraspberryâ he drops his pitch to a man voice. Most of the time he sounds like a woman. Itâs amazing how they can sound just like the person who taught them.
My dad had an African gray and every phrase my dad taught him, he sounded like my father. Sometimes when I was in another room, he would actually trick me that my dad was home. Any of the phrases he learned from me, he sounded just like me and the same was true with things my brother taught him.
When my brother was still a kid, the things he taught the parrot, he still said in my brothers higher voice before it changed. Then anything he taught him the gray would sound like his post puberty voice.
Itâs just amazing how they can copy a voice perfectly. I had read that when you sing to an African Gray, if you sing out of key or flat, so too will the bird. Iâve heard parrots that sing flat, but if the person can sing very well, so too will the parrot. So if you want your gray to sing beautifully and you canât sing, you better let someone with perfect pitch sing to them.
When he says don't be scared it's all right that actually makes my anxiety go away
The way he changes the sound of his voice is amazing.
So fantastic I love it so much I have some in my house
That depends on who taught him the word. I noticed that âraspberryâ, âbyeâ and âdo you want a carrotâ in the same male voice. Everything else Einstein said was in a womanâs voice. They are such good impersonators that if you teach them a song and you sing flat, the bird will also sing flat. On the contrary, they can sing like Povarotti if the teacher has a pitch perfect voice.
My dad had an African gray and he sounded just like my dadâs voice, so perfectly, that I would hear him from another room and thin it was my dad. Every word I taught him, he said in my voice.
He also imitated my younger brother perfectly, both before my brotherâs voice changed and afterwards. Anything my brother taught him before puberty still sounded like my brotherâs younger voice, even years after my brother had a deep voice. Only anything he taught him later, he would say in my brotherâs deeper voice.
That "peekaboo!" kills me!
These parrots are so highly intelligent one was actually a witness in court for a murder trial.
I saw that too, poor thing says "Stop don't shooot!" over and over again now. I hope he is in a good home.
April P. Heâs under witness protection program...just kidding
That must have been one interesting cross-examination.
Plot twist.... the talking birdie did it
If it has the intelligence of a toddler, I imagine that must have made for a slam dunk appeal for the defendant...
I come to see Einstein when I need a laugh! If that doesn't brighten up one's day, nothing will! I absolutely LOVE Einstein!
He is a rockstar! Incredible to have him on CZcams. Can hardly believe how much fun he has. He just goes on and on. He's a voice actor, with all the bells and whistles of his personality added. I love you, Einstein!
Some good owner loves youuuuu. Everyone can tell by the âgood parrotâ and the good stuff he says like âare you alright?â. Lucky sweet bird. â€ïž
Love this bird
is true! seems like someone very patient handles it... it also tells don't be scared, God bless you.. It's so cute when it says - oops!
âLook at you...youâre all wet...you are a good parrot...all done...no more...â I just love it!đđđ
God bless you, Einstein. xoxo
He sounds so very happy after his shower. Lovely to see and hear his joy. đ”đ»đŸđđšđŠ
the water sounds are crazy. its just amazing what some of these birds can do
my grey absolutely loves watching this video of Einstein and he's memorized quite a few of the words as well. I hope Einstein is doing well.
He said so many times âtake a showerâ It made me want to take a shower hahaha
And he is really serious about raspberries and looking at the squirrel.
Don't forget the corn! đđ
He obviously learned âraspberryâ from a man, because the pitch of his voice drops to a man. Itâs wild how they donât just mimic the word or phrase, but they can actually impersonate the one who taught them.
My dad had an African gray parrot named âCaptain Flintâ (from Treasure Island), we called just âCaptainâ. He learned from my dad me and my younger brother. He said the things we taught him in each respective voice.
He even said things my brother taught him earlier in my brotherâs higher pitch voice before his voice changed. Anything my brother taught him afterwards, he repeated in his lower voice. They are perfect impressionist.
I also noticed the man must have been the one giving him carrots, since he said âhave some carrotsâ in the same low voice he used for âraspberryâ and âByeâ. Those were all of the manâs voice I heard, everything else sounded like, a woman.
Most of the other Parrots on You Tube make noise that I cant understand. This bird speaks clear and is easy to understand.... Look at you... Your all wet!
I think he likes the echo or acoustics in the bathroom.he's one of the clearest speaking parrots I've ever seen or heard on CZcams.
This little guy is awesome. he's like a small child walking around the house saying the first 50 or so words that the child has learned. A lot of repeats, but a lot of character very cute!
Just stunning. What a vocabulary. So clear. Love the water sound.
Aww đ„° youâre sooooo CUTE Einstein
I love your water sounds!!!!!
(Like if you agree)
You are a little sweetheart. I love you!!!!â€â€â€â€â€đ
Water...water...water? It's gooood. Thank you, Einstein, for reminding me to drink more water. :-)
"Peekaparrot" That's a new one.
Einstein is such a sweetheart...I could listen to him all day.
He is on a roll this morning after his shower.
I love his "water" impression!!! It's almost ASMR LoL!
OMG "let's go for a car ride" "let's go cuddle" and those water sounds are amazing! How do they imitate sounds like that so well!?!
They're one of the best immitators of sound, and human speech. But they're not the only ones! There was a bird from Australia that could immitate sounds so well it was unreal. I can't remember what it was called now. If I find it, I'll edit this comment to say what it is.
Parrots, and parakeets, are fascinating.
@@AmyAndThePup Yeah I've seen alot of these birds talking and making sounds.
casij22745 a carrot will mimic sounds they hear frequently like water in a glass or gargling. It takes months to teach them a single phrase. You need to repeat it thousands of times before they get it down but, they are funny in their habits. Parrot s are high maintainable pets and live very long lives.
Our African used to whistle for the dog when he wanted out of his cage. Poor dog was confused for a while , then he caught on and just ignored the bird. But the African never figured out how to aggravate the cat ! !! đ„Ž
African Greys are natural imitators in the wild. Birds that imitate noises and other birds can use these noises to scare off predators by imitating the sound if yet ANOTHER predator to scare off actual predator, for example. The bird in Australia which is arguably the best imitator of them all is the lyre bird. They can imitate chain saws, camera shutters, car alarms, but this is for attracting a mate. Here in the UK, Iâve seen and heard starlings imitate a blackbirds (thrush family) song but I havenât yet figured out why they do it?
How energetic he is after a shower, being a clean birdie. So cute !
Thank you Einstein!!
Einstein is always dressed-up and ready to go out on the town with his beautiful gray suit, fluffy white petticoats and his dashing red trainđđâŒïž
You described his haute couture so elegantly!
@@einsteinparrot woo woo!
When I used to shave my head about once every 3 months, my grey would freak out at me. He didn't recognize me and he'd get skittish. I would walk up and put my head to the cage and say, "It's okay, it just a haircut". After that, he associated, "haircut" with fear. He'd be in the back seat of the car in his plexiglass carrier and a semi would pass us. He'd freak out and yell, "Haircut! Haircut!".
OMG! That's funny! đ
That is hilarious!!!
Oh how sad! Poor baby :(
Oh, that is sooo funny!! I'll have to use that instead of a naughty 4 letter word when I get startled.đ€Łđđ€Łđđ€Ł
Thatâs funny. Theyâre so smart! â€ïž
I love the way Einstein makes the sound of water. From Australia.
Very clear. Absolutely fascinating
My African Grey Ruby does not have the vocabulary as Einstein, but what they do that is exactly the same is the water sound and microwave as well. I play this video for my Ruby and she loves it.
âLook, itâs corn!â đâ€
He has good memories of eating corn, Lol. We can tell how he is spoken to with so much care because he repeats all you say to him and it's so sweet.
Lol raspberry...He so sweet and cute too
.....Raspberries... Good he gives us the explanation, in case we didnât understand what the sound was... Blowing raspberries! đ
@@lottatroublemaker6130 Lol yea he does too
That Damn parrot is smarter then me lol wow what an amazing bird must be fun to have him around you'll never be alone at home always have someone to talk to...thanks for the video
Look at you Einstein you're all clean and very talkative! Never a dull moment with you around you sweet wonderful bird! đâ€ïžâ€ïž
"Cracks " me up w/ the water sound.đ
Love it! âItâs alright....donât be scared.â This bird is so incredibly adorable.đ African Grey Parrots đŠ are amazing mimics!
Yes they are! Being a owner of several birds I've had a couple that carried on very basic conversations. Beyond mimicking. It can be a bit creepy at times! lol
Mick Lethal Just incredible! Theyâre so smart, you might actually forget for a moment that you arenât speaking w/another person! But Iâve always talked to my pets nonstop....theyâre definitely members of the family.đđđ»
@@lgempet2869 They certainly are! I was greeted every day with _"Hi Baby, Watcha Doin?"_ from my Quaker Parrot. I was managing a Pet Store so I was lucky enough to hand feed her as a chick. She was totally bonded to me. I had her for almost 25 yrs. Quakers aren't as long lived as some types & I still miss her. Her name was Muppet! lol
Mick Lethal Oh, thatâs SO sweet!!đ
Einstein is one of the few Greys I've seen that can correctly enunciate words and phrases.đ I love how he makes the water sound then says what it is...water. I wonder if anyone has counted all of his words. Must be in the hundreds!! Amazing!!! He's lucky to have such good Parents.đ
Thank you sooo much for sharing Einstein with the World!!!đđđđđ He's a 5 thumbs up!!!âŁ
Lol "What is water"...must have watched Jeopardy
Peek a boo.
They supposedly have a vocabulary of over a thousand words love this bird a real character
@@gregsklenar9925 read it again with the...
He says "water".
I love it when Einstein says "You're all wet" and "Look at the squirrels"
Many moons ago, a friend of a friend had a parrot who would say with increasing volume, "where's my cocaine? Where's My Cocaine?! WHERE'S MY COCAINE?!!"
The water sounds made is absolutely unbelievable, what an amazing vocabulary and grammar and sound effects. Just love it. Angela
@@BjornMaxson-ju5rv some lower back pain this afternoon and am resting on the bed. But I feel tons better for the water đŠ sounds. It's 35 degrees Celsius here at coraki NSW Australia. Hope you are well.
The water cracks me up. Lol .. just wanna hug him hes so cute and funny
One of the world's most talented Beings. He's amazing and just a fascinating love! I really think he knows what he is saying...not just "repeating."
he talks just like a human being
Thank you sweetheart you make my heart sing!!!
omg she killed me when she "shook" đđ
He's so cute I could listen to him all day he has more intelligence then most humans lol
I agree!!
Who & how could anyone dislike this?
It can only happen by a mistake/an accident...^^
Jealous people whose parrot doesn't talk!
No joy in their hearts?
How innocent you all are. Criminals would hate this
@@brennanshippert4376 Why? What does it have to do with them?
Einstein is so talkative today. Love the sound of water and shake rattle and roll. He makes my day. Can he learn to say Hi Sly?
Reminds me of a Quaker Parrot I had. They're quite the conversationalists to. Every day I would walk in from work & I was greeted with *_"Hi Baby, Watcha doin?"_*
Einstein youâre in fine form today !! I think you used your whole vocabulary!! â€ïžâ€ïžđđ

Sweet Einstein us very cheeky when his daddy Jeff is around, or he's taken a bath. I love this little chatty angel :)
Thank you sweetheart!!
sooo amazing that Einstein knows how to Talk and say so many Phrases. These birds are Natural Animal wonders
Only thing he didn't say was his classics: pop pop pop corn & gotta clean gotta clean clean clean. (These are things I now say on daily basis). đ
Sorry, he decides what to say. Maybe he'll say those things in another video. đ
Do u ever find yourself singing, "gotta peeee, gotta pee pee pee pee?" Lol! He's so funny!
Oh I know I love everything he says & does.
Einstein has been talking non stop in this video. Who is with him, Marcia or Jeff. He is so entertaining after his shower.
Ever since I showed Einstein to my family we are always saying âLook at you, youâre all wetâ đ€Ł
đ
HAHA. thatâs my favourite too.
đ So do I! I'm practicing on how to say it as cute as him. đ€ Doubt I'll be able to do that though.
How much do you want for him. Please give me a price and I'll pay in cash.
@@warrenalston1977 Don't think he is up for sale! How dare you! They would never sell him, not for a million! And he probably would stop talking with a different owner. Oops!
I love Einstein, he is so smart and when he started to shake after he said shake well I lost it. He is so funny.
That must have been quite a refreshing shower. Einstein is imitating water sounds and he launched himself on a talking jag. He's on a roll now!

Calgon Took Einstein Away During his Bathđđđ
I want to share something with you
My grey had not seen my oldest grandson in 2 yrs
He walked in one day and my grey screamed Christopher are you okay
We were so shocked.. no one had ever said that to Jakie.she is really good at taking words from sentences she knows and making another sentence that makes perfect sense. I have tried to record her but she will shut up if you try.she knows what you are doing. Lol.maybe one day I will be able to record and video her
Wow! Amazing! Many are camera shy. Keep trying. Right now Iâm having a problem with Einstein wanting to climb the tripod.
Does he know he's being filmed? That water sound is so funny.. and i love when he says raspberries đ€Łđ€Ł
Yes, he is aware of the camera.
So not only is it super fun watching Einstein chat away, its ALSO so interesting to hear him change the sounds as he practices. Like, he says 'squirrel' a few different ways, whether its because he's trying to imitate the specific sound or what-have-you, it sounds so cool. Einstein is a great birb. 10/10 would 'water' again.
14:20 âLetâs go see Jeffâs corn.â So funny.
