Episode 285 How to widen 1967 Camaro fenders

I widen the front fenders by 1.5 inch on each side so I can fit wide tires on the car. I do this by welding the skin of one fender on the outside of a stock width fender and blending the two. It’s not hard, it just takes time and some welding skills.

That's bad ass Mark! I would have used the flanging tool as well. I use my manual one all the time for patch repairs.

I have been playing with doing the same thing. There is a pic of a yellow GTO that some one did the same thing to. It's looks bad ass.

I am quite pleased with how it turned out and people who come and see it in person agree that it's the way Chevy should have done it in 67

That's a lot of work, the rear fenders almost look stock.
