as far as I know there are two tracks composed by Joe Hisaishi called "Festival" and "Calm and Peace" or "SAI" and "WA". unfortunately you can't find either of them on CZcams or anywhere else easily accessible. you can find other Joe Hisaishi tracks that are used in Robot Carnival however.
You can find the soundtrack at KHInsider, which normally just hosts video game OST's, but it happens to have Robot Carnival for some reason. It is indeed called Festival.
