These vocals don't sound off-key to me. They sound quirky and playful. I guess Audrey's character has much to do with them sounding like that. The lyrics are pure genius. Hail Neige/Audrey/Fursy/Winterhalter!

Take away the vocals, close your eyes and listen to the music and the atmosphere. The feeling is like that of black metal's. Sure, not bone-snapping, church-burning, Satanic bm, but that coldness, isolation and otherworldly darkness is all there. The vocals just make the music more ghost-like and sentimental.
The song is very great, perhaps better than the ones on Ruines Humaines, but it annoys me that the vocals are terribly offkey at certain times. I hope a full-length of Amesoeurs will feature better vocals.
