    Coconut Cream 40g (substitute: Coconut Milk)
    Whipping cream 40g
    Granulated sugar 38g

    Evaporated milk 35g (substitute: Coconut Milk, Whipping Cream/Milk 3:1)

    Salted butter 70g, room temperature
    Cake flour 130g (substitute: All purpose Flour 114g+Cornstarch 16g)
    Custard Flour 12g
    Icing Sugar 35g (substitute: Granulated sugar 23g, melt it in warm evaporated milk)
    Evaporated milk 13g
    Eggs 12g
    ▶Brush on mooncakes
    Egg yolk 1 tbsp+ Evaporated milk 1/2 tsp
    Granulated sugar 20g + Water 20g
