1 lb, peeled, deveined jumbo shrimp
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil (avocado for me)
*1 cup drained, canned corn
*pico de gallo (salsa)
*avocado
Sweet & Spicy Mayo:
Equal parts mayo, sriracha & honey
