Hey Mike hope you're having a great day? I'm really liking this Jayco White Hawk 26Fk. I have really like the White Hawks since the first video I watched of the White Hawk
They are awesome travel trailers. I do wish that the cabinets above the front kitchen had struts on the doors to hold them up an opened. I don't know what it is but I really love the companies that put the electric fireplace space heater in their travel trailers, fifth wheels, an motorhomes. To me it makes them feel more like a home! An if you have the option to have a heat pump built into one of the ac units,that plus the electric fireplace space heater will give you enough heat when it is in the 30s up to 50s an 60s to keep it warm enough where you don't need to use the propane furnace. The setup on this Jayco White Hawk is knocked out of the park 110 percent. Thank you Mike for everything that you do on giving us all the information good an bad on all the different rvs that you video for us your number one fan Leonard Nelson from NC.
A 1/2T will most assuredly be over payload! I have a Rockwood 2608BS, same floorplan at 29'08" and I would not pull it with anything under a 3/4T. Love our Rockwood as our retirement trailer, great floorplan. Sold our 38' 5th wheel for this couples floorplan. There is more to towing than just what a truck can pull, know and understand payload.
Sink single bowl instead of two bowl, legless kitchen table, main entry door needs clear glass window with a pull up shade vs "who's there" without having to open door.
Very nice for couple and couple of young kids. Like that, they've got space and access for everything outside. I think Jayco has stepped up their game compared to years ago. Very nice, thank you.
I do enjoy your videos? I do like this floor plan, I have a 2018 23mrb whitehawk which I do like but would like this one more. Would not recommend towing this with a half ton!! Half tons just are not designed to tow larger things.
My favourite is a front kitchen!! Lots of workspace and storage. Like both slides on the same side, they don't take up space under the awning. Upper cabinets not a deal breaker for me. The fact you actually have room to 'make the bed' with a bedspread is a bonus!! It's just beautiful, including the WHITE bathroom sink. Recently had a black sink, whoever thought of that has never cleaned a bathroom! Water makes white spots so it always looked dirty. Brand new trailer, had an ice storm and a huge pine tree fell on it. No more black sink.😉
Outstanding kitchen space! Love the front window in the kitchen, not the bedroom! Mostly ventless flooring and great palette. Radius shower is not ideal. Thanks Mike - another great video and almost 20K Subs! Love the favorite three things!
We agree the cabinets needs struts, also a concern of ours is if the door to the entrance is wide open will the water heater leave a heat mark on the door. How about a convection oven. In the kitchen the side windows should have same blinds as front window. OK done

Here is a perfect video for you to do. Lots of videos on the outside kitchen but I have never seen anyone demonstrating it. So grab your chef hat, apron and make some pancakes. That would an awesome video. Thanks Mike 👍

If you are "fluffy", as soon as you see a radius shower, walk away. They are too small. The J port in no way replaces a big outside kitchen. Again, a floorplan with no windows on the campsite side. Watch Jayco for not putting shelves in their upper cabinets and for some reason, they use 8 cu ft. refrigerators instead of 10.7. And watch your head when at the sink if you are taller. Those cabinets above hurt.

shower too small thats ridiculous, and why does it weigh so much ffs thats insane is made out of lead? I have a similar size trailer with 2 slides and its 2k lbs less
See that is a lie because your Tongue weight and you and another passenger plus what u r going to carry is going to be more than your 1/2 ton truck can Handel it doesn’t matter if you can pull 10,000lbs what matter is how much can a haft ton carry cargo capacity and that a haft ton. So 200lbs for u 150lbs for you partner the tongue is about 850lbs your four wheel drive ads 350lbs so without gear u r over 1550 that more than half ton.

We have a 2022 27RK and I love everything but the wardrobe around the bed. THIS is what I’ve been looking for!!!! Yes!!!

In the kitchen, the side window has the stove top in front, so fire prevention regs say it needs something like the metal slat binds.

LOVE rhe kitchen & front area BUT closet space is mingy. Woild make a stellar full time home with a bit more hanging closets.

The bed is nice and low (can't use my current bed, too high) But the microwave is too high. But over all, a good layout

Hey Mike, what are the two rubber tubes sticking out of the sidewall down at floor level on the "fun side"? they can be seen best at about 7:05 in.

You can order gas struts for the cabinets from Amazon. I had to replace the ones in our Jayfeather as soon as we got it home. Easy to do.

Is this a true 4 season trailer? I live in Canada, and I'm sure you know how hot and cold our temps get. I really love this trailer!
De-Lamination is a concern. Hopefully the technique of vacuuming in the factory helps. But, cold and heat takes it's toll. Overall, I like it.

Needs gas strughts on all cabinet doors on the top cabinets. Should install TV in bedroom. Other than that it's awesome.

Half ton trucks vary WIDELY in their tow capacities. Always best call us with your specific specs to determine safe towing capacity. -Mike
