Fun fact: We partly can.
1) Lots of transfemmes on HRT get a monthly 'ghost shark week' - premenstrual and/or perimenstrual symptoms minus the bleeding. For some, it's just fatigue and mood swings; others get full-on migraine, vomiting & pelvic floor spasms every 5 weeks.
2) Some AMAB intersex people with vestigial uteruses even get their not-a-period naturally, without HRT (sometimes, it's the first indication that they're intersex).
3) Many post-op transfemmes use pads or cups temporarily while they're recovering from bottom surgery, due to vaginal discharge/bleeding.
So yeah, AMABs can get one or the other - either a monthly cycle, or vaginal bleeding (just not a monthly cycle of vaginal bleeding)

Obviously you can't get uterine cramps without a uterus, so my guess (& it is just a personal guess) is that the cramping sensations are from spasming by other muscles in the lower abdomen/pelvic floor area.

It's making fun of cishet people who are anti-LGBT "because LGBT people can't and/or shouldn't have kids," which is somehow an important or moral stance to them. But since you're calling the collective group of all cishet people breeders, implying that all they can or want to do is breed together, it's more about making fun of the norm of being cishet in order to have babies. Calling a trans man a breeder is the same as calling a cis het woman a breeder because of genitalia and organs, which is punching down AND reducing trans men to body parts they may not even have, which makes it transphobic.

A breeder is a person who put so much emphasis on having biological kids that they put down everyone else who doesnât breed. Transwomen on HRT may experience symptoms similar to PMS or PMDD as a side effect of the treatment, due to hormonal imbalance. Evidence may be still only anecdotal because it hasn't yet been researched but I can assure you that it is my case. Of course we don't have bleedings because we don't have the uterine tissue but personally I can account for the following: sore breasts, headaches, gastrointentistinal symptoms, changes of appetite and sleep patterns, bloating, tiredness, anxiety and sudden mood changes. Having been socialised as a guy for most of my life and being honestly unaware that this would happen, because nobody talks about it, I was not ready to experience this. I can confirm that it's not great and I bet that AFAB people have it even worse.
