Dude, I also like that big fat 22 floor tom, but do you know there is hardware that allows you to mount it as a floor tom without having to drill the shell, right? Totally reversible in case you want to use it as a bass drum again, you attach it to the down hoop, mount the legs and you're good to go. If you want to go back, just deattach it and done, with no damage at all. And you can also use it to mount other stuff to your bass drum if you want, a cowbell, an x-hat, a splash or whatever.... I mean, what you've done is cool and that huge floor tom sounds great, but it hurts me everytime I see someone drilling a shell, especially if it can be done in other way... (let alone people who cut their shells because they think they're too deep) 😂😂😂😂
