I Built Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny in LEGO

- I made three Lego builds based off of some of my favourite scenes from Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, the opening train scene, the moon day parade and the Tangier tuk tuk chase, hope you enjoy!
Lego NEEDS to make that entire train into a set.
They were! It was discarded due to the poor reception of Dial of Destiny it was reimagined as a Lego ideas orient express set

It is so disappointing that Lego didn’t do anything else with the theme and it will probably be a very long time before we see any other Lego Indiana Jones sets 😢

I thought Lego brought back the theme so they could release sets for Dial of Destiny, so I'm surprised that we got 3 sets (1 hopefully not yet cancelled one) and then nothing. I would love to get a set of the train from the opening.

Where exactly MOC builders obtain these pieces? Like u randomly buy set but not building, instead mixing? Or what?
For me it’s partly pieces from old sets as well as pieces from the Lego pick a brick wall as well as from bricklink, hope that helps.

what piece did you use for the dial?
It’s a spider-man web piece in gold from the spider-man drone duel set and a stud with a whole in the middle. Hope that helps!
