Good job! I am 63 yrs old and use NO medications. I do have some problems from a car wreck and a problem from when I was last carrying my last child. I deal with all my medical issues from herbs. Its a great way to go!
I've known about mint tea for a long time and recently we've been having lots of lemon balm tea too!...always happy to learn new things. Take care Bryan/Yvonne.
Sweet(Holy) basil) knocks down headaches and nausea, but doesn't resolve cramps. An option for drying herbs: use window screens and sandwich the herbs between. Using a jar would work great if there is a chill wind, combined with a car's sun screen, and could intensify the warmth if needed.
Do you guys have great energy lots of smiles. But I Gotta say if there’s a friendly rivalry in your house I think I kind of lean towards Yvonnes. Sorry buddy🤩 I really enjoy watching both of you👍
Ya I get what your sayin , FYI she can change the oil on her own car, fell trees and buck them up, drive the combine during harvest and have a hot meal on the stove at supper time. A real farm girl!
It's also beneficial for inflammation, immune system, digestive and cardiovascular issues. I've been making my own herbal tea for so long, I can't remember the last time I purchased any. My Mom showed me quite a bit and I took a few courses in college because I love all wild edibles. It's so interesting. ☺ 👍 I either use my dehydrator or hang them from the ceiling in my garden shed. When they're fully dry I keep them in glass jars in the cupboard to keep the light off of them.
Agreed ! there is so much information that our grand parents just understood that worked well! I like your garden shed idea ! I will try it this spring .
tHANK YOU SISTER ! YOU ARE AMAZING ! I LOVE YOUR CREATIVE TALENTS ... i AM LOOKING FOR A COOL SNOW PLACE TO LIVE AND FOUND YOUR SHARING- NAY THE LORD JESUS CHRIST BLESS YOU- GARABANDAL WARNING IS ON THE WAY
Hi Marie ! Yes you can! We pick raspberry leaves green and dry them , once dry we use them for tea during the winter season. Helps me with headaches and feminine cramps.
We are unable to grow the Blackberry here due to our cold climate, however I have heard they do have health benefits and there is lots of interesting information online about them.
@@solarbrianyvonne I just wondered, I will ask Mister Google pants! They grow like weeds here. I bought a red rasberry plant but it died😑. O'well thanks for sharing!
