    Good job! I am 63 yrs old and use NO medications. I do have some problems from a car wreck and a problem from when I was last carrying my last child. I deal with all my medical issues from herbs. Its a great way to go!

    I have raspberries. The birds planted mine. I like tea, hot or cold. I'm going to give this a try this summer.

    Sweet(Holy) basil) knocks down headaches and nausea, but doesn't resolve cramps. An option for drying herbs: use window screens and sandwich the herbs between. Using a jar would work great if there is a chill wind, combined with a car's sun screen, and could intensify the warmth if needed.

      Ya I get what your sayin , FYI she can change the oil on her own car, fell trees and buck them up, drive the combine during harvest and have a hot meal on the stove at supper time. A real farm girl!

    It's also beneficial for inflammation, immune system, digestive and cardiovascular issues. I've been making my own herbal tea for so long, I can't remember the last time I purchased any. My Mom showed me quite a bit and I took a few courses in college because I love all wild edibles. It's so interesting. ☺ 👍
    I either use my dehydrator or hang them from the ceiling in my garden shed. When they're fully dry I keep them in glass jars in the cupboard to keep the light off of them.

      Hi Marie ! Yes you can! We pick raspberry leaves green and dry them , once dry we use them for tea during the winter season.
      Helps me with headaches and feminine cramps.

    What about Black Berry leaves?

    • @solarbrianyvonne
      @solarbrianyvonne  Před 4 lety +1

      We are unable to grow the Blackberry here due to our cold climate, however I have heard they do have health benefits and there is lots of interesting information online about them.
