Love the videos, can yall do one explaining KV and micro amps, what each does and how it affects spraying. Maybe even a demonstration.
Whats best KV and microamps to start with?

Hey I have bought the electron master bare from you and I have watched most of your videos trying to figure out what I am doing wrong. The first coat applies great but after that it is a struggle. Can you help steer me in the right direction of what I might be doing wrong. My kv is 100 and my us is at 22 first coat and I go down a bit on second and either it over charges or it doesn't stick. I also have the gun anywhere from 10 to 12 inches away. Thanks for any help you may offer

Make sure ua is down to 10 or lower, you can also try to drop down the KV 50 or even lower. recoats its very important to keep that 10 to 14 or so inch gap and keep moving, if you point the gun at a section for too long you will over charge it. also if your air settings are too high you may be blowing the powder past the part or off the part.

@@RightNowPowderCoating the other 2 settings are at 3.5 and 35 and the air coming in is in between the 2 green arrows

I just did a video on the air regulator on the bare units, watch that and re adjust your air to the hopper.

Its shocking how these corona rings help all guns do better, most companies sell them, not sure if nordson does or not.
