Sadly us xbox players can't do this even if we wanted to lol 30-40c a map with a trade board that makes it painful to buy bulk of and no discord or player base either. And abyss also not possible maybe 100 scarabs total and most don't want to sell xD
So what I did is rogue exiles with the giant ones. Each time they drop gold, I have 0 rarity investment on any gear and in red maps t16 I make 15-25k depending on altars and t17 is 40-50k. I combined it with the scarab node that gives unique monsters a higher chance to drop scarabs. If your build has a tough time throw in shrines. The maps are really fast to do
If you are broke like me, the most easiest way to farm gold is take twist of fate node in atlas and run any trash corrupt maps without any scarabs or any cheap scarabs. You might fail some maps and die but it is a turn off your brain and just go strat. If you are fast you get more gold than these strats mentioned. Note : You need to take most quant on altars. The other ez strat is if you have a friend who does T17 maps, go to their maps and just loot gold after they clear the map.
The Edifice scarab is MVP, last league I got a Mageblood from one of the hoards just while I was casually farming abyss for depths. I'd be so happy to run this content again for fun and the really good gold gen.
I have had as much as 60,000g from the pirate captain. I've had as little as 4k, but that 4k came with a 1.5div power rune. I imagine that his rarer rune drops are connected to his gold drops.
Atziri's with a chest opening speed build caster has been a very chill dedicated gold farmer. Not the highest number, but super super fast and impossible to fail
I’ve found fastest gold is just things that are quick like strongbox shrine and expedition. 16-24k gold on alk and go with With mf on. I’m sure it’s upwards of 30k+ with 8 mod average with peaks hitting 50k with bismuth and alters. This is t16 ofc and a good build probably does it in 2 minutes since all the mechanics are instant.

Farming any map with white scarabs like hunted traitors, increased magic pack size and mirrored packs gives you a ton of gold, but scarabs are growing in price unfortunately :/
Does anyone know if Cast When Damage Taken/Cast When Stunned triggers the caster mastery to open chests? If so, the abyss strategy might be something I'll try out.
100k gold is around 5-6 divines if you use market for flipping. Takes around 25 min. WHat Im currently doing is farm gold for few hours and then just flip for few hours, getting 10-12div/h sitting in HO is nice ^ ^
i do maven 10 way rush, gettin 5-10k per map, goin for 1 event of the league and then rush to boss. every map takes 1-2 min depending on what event happends.
You can't clear full map and kill boss in 2 minites. Check ckaiba, he is doing zhp t17 boss rush with maximum ms all league. 25-30 bosses per hour with super optimized char
on the synth maps, if you use the cheap strongbox scarab and the empower rates possessed mods, you'll ALWAYS walk out with 40k. I was testing it today. 2c more, well worth.
Surprisingly having just more IIR from gear seems the play and going for mob dense content and such if you're looking to get better passive gold gains. Might mean there's a good possibility to do a IIR TS or spell build this league for higher gold amounts if that's going to function well.

Just test regular atziri, 12k-20k gold w\o boss

Of the vanilla maps mechanics, so far ritual and red altars gave me substantial more than others, and It is easy to deal with.
This video is great it validates my opinion that Synthesized maps are dope with actual data.

makes sense the unique maps drop alot of gold since some of them have a huge base quant / rarity
The chests in these maps give good golf too, so casters should use the chest open mastery on self cast if they can

Unique maps are not affected by the atlas nodes.

Risk has nothing to do with the chance for your shippers getting commandeered by pirates (the UI tells you this)

Just gonna leave this here: Alch&go ritual/blight/exarch got me 15-25k gold per t16, 8-12 mins to complete each map on a rather slow mapper.
