@@again8550 Yes. I'm doing it on T16. Takes two portals, but it's worth it :P. But you need to time it right - 3,5s window of Infernal Cry can be tight. I started to stack Expedition with Breach to have even more bodies to explode. But it sometimes crashed instance :-/.

For bosses I add Corpsewalker (to spawn corpses) and Hateful Accuser ring (gives you Penance mark that spawn enemy mobs with each hit).
You can just use oriaths end with avatar of fire and generic ignite chance +ignite prolif, if you're an elementalist than you just need the flask and prolif. Ignite prolif has quite a bit higher radius than corpse explosions, especially if you have some inc aoe
Expedition is crazy, both in terms of difficulty and profit, which kinda makes sense. Got some nice fractured items and 4 raw divine drops but even without those, and pricing logbooks more conservatively it's still 20+ div/h. As always trading time is not included in these to keep it consistent accross strategies, feel free to add your trading time and modify the numbers for yourself. Last league I got lucky with Tujen which made the div/h number go up, this time it went down. Probably still worth doing if you don't mind the chill NPC interaction :D Thanks for watching!
I agreed with everything you said back in 3.15 already. It's still my most successful personal league till date. The league had everything... in game and out of the game mechanics, loot, Danni G, Tujen, Rog, Gwennen (remember she had not been nerfed, she gave me 2 MB and 1 more the league after).. Gambling, haggling, Tujen gave lots of Divine stacks, Gwen was too strong, Rog crafting was mid tier.. 4 new cool bosses and a fckin rich lore.... and all thick skulled players called it worst without ever trying it...
I run expedition three leagues in the raw now. Its not just extremely rewarding but also fun and interesting. U can make currency with tujen, you can gumble for mb and hh, u can craft s-tier items and also u can run lockbooks with its own ecosystem with bosses and other stuff, cant get enough.
I almost always go for expedition as my atlas completion/early league farm, you are completely right. As long as your build can take it down fairly consistently, even with a portal or 3, it's an amazing farm. This league I went with blight for a change and also had a great time, but might spec into expedition sometimes next week for some fun.
I think you are just unucky, I get 1 divine about once every 50 to 60 rerolls. I think one time it took 70 rerolls. Also in addition you need to look at all of the other additional currency you get with Tujen that is liquid since you can sell it through the currency exchange right away. That stuff adds up incredibly fast and since scarabs are expensive this league, it's even more profit.

i ran 1100c worth of logbooks (around 50-something) yesterday, and after rerolling, got around 30 divines back in profit - expedition is goated, but rerolling is slow
i do expedition every league for a while, though i have to say this: black and sun 30c each is not conservative but quite the opposite. on tft they sell in bulk for like 25 and sometime you wait a good amount of time to even bulksell them at 25. also, since you do the big boom, a certain amount of logbooks will be corrupted, and worth even less since the items can drop as corrupted is quite frequent (unfortunately) as a modifier.
Fair enough! People told me they instasell for 35 in big bulk but maybe they were lying. A video like this can also slightly affect the market (of scarabs / logbook availability) depending on when you look.
i mean, if you are gonna figure tujen haggling time like that, you should also figure the time it takes you to sell all the random non raw currency items from the map as well

Noone needs that amount of logbooks or reroll currency. For one time burst strategy its fine, but if u got build that able to run THIS, then i guess u're already farming T17...
Expedition carried me so incredibly hard early on in this league. Previously, I always assumed you needed an amazing build that does insane dps to kill the monsters in t16 but I said, fuck it let's just try it anyway. I didn't mega juice my maps and mostly alch and goed with a full expedition atlas. Man I was just blown away at how rewarding it was. Occasionally I'd accidentally brick the mobs by hitting too many nodes but it was still such great currency for such a bad build/low investment.
Its very very customizable difficulty which is what I love about it. Yeah you get absolute shredded here and there but more often than not you can just make it barely doable for your build. Gotta remember tho apart from some 100% deli shenanigans imp juiced expedition is the rippiest content in mapping, some mods scale the monsters to narnia
I think the reason why the div/h went down with tujen is because they nerfed his loot. Not sure if it happened this or last league but I noticed he offers valuable stuff less frequently and most notably he gives SIGNIFICANTLY less stacked decks which was a big part of consistent tujen profit.
I did expedition on league start and after watching your first loot explosion it's hit me like a brick that I was missing something or many things because my loot never looked like that... Woops lol. Always learning!
If anyone struggles with gold and dont mind spending some currency to quickly get a lot of gold - buy T17 (Citadel is cheapest) - use 4x Maven rarity chisels, use 2x Adverasries scarabs, 1x Magic Pack size scarab (forgot the name) 1x Bloodlines scarab and 1x Glittering scarab. From the tree extra power to map modifiers and rairty+quant is most important, the rest you can put into anything (I use shrines and boxes because they are fastest). If your build is strong enough, switch one of your links to rairty support and one flask to gold flask. With seyup like that, you can do T17 in ~10 min (w/o counting boss) and get around 100k+ gold per map. You can also do that on T16 (around 50k gold per map in ~4 min), it makes even more gold/h but costs twice as much.

Been running Expedition this league and it's felt great. It's one of the first leagues where I basically self crafted through Rog, and bought my uniques with currency earned from Tujen. I didn't really play expedition in previous leagues at all, so I'm not sure if I'm running logbooks incorrectly since I don't seem to really get much out of them when I do decide to break up mapping and run them.
some of the prices seem a bit high when doing the pricing ... you say that black scythe are worth 30c and it's being conservative, but i have like 3 of them not selling at 24c
Half of the stuff won't even sell. Are you new to these streamer bait videos? The average poe player doesn't even make 1 div per hour. If people made actually 2-3 div per hour they would have mageblood week 1. There are hundred things that are either not accounted for or bloated. Take every single video like this with a giant grain of salt and never take the mentioned numbers literally
3 of them is not bulk. People overpay for convenience, it’s easier to sell 30 of them than 3. Either way, feel free to deduct 100-150 chaos from the final 7776 chaos!
not sure how much it would help with div/h as I didn't try it on this scale but I read somewhere that you're gonna have so many artifacts that it's not even worth haggling for better prices and just take the max offer (at least for lesser and grand iirc)
My build is a glasscanon so I just removed the afix sufix scarab and used scarab that adds blue mobs to the map. Also bought oriaths end flask for the explosion. You can still make insane money. It wont be a good but it is faster and my glass canon archmage can survive.
this scarab with 2 extra pref and suf isn't very nice with 1-bomb expedition because you'll have soooooo many immunities and other build bricking affixes that it will be close to impossible to place the damn thing and cover a reasonable numer of monsters. All it takes is one physical immune pylon and with this scarab it's usually several per encounter. I stick to 2x runefinding 1x verisium powder.
2.6 Minutes per map. To me this is so crazy man :D As a lazy casual dad kind of gamer my average map duration is something between 7-8 Minutes with all the mechanics I'm doing :D
Thats because you DO all the mechanics. If you want efficiency just skip everything you didn't spec in atlas. If it's not on atlas and not scarab'd it's not worth doing

Is tier 17 maps worth doing if you fully juice but don't kill bosses? fully juiced bosses kill me constantly. maps seems okay fully juiced. I'll never get last two levels if I keep dying form bosses.
I mean it's a trickster ci aegis build, both the uniques you need are super cheap. Just stack ES use ephemeral edge and some melee skill. Just google Tarekis flicker strike and you will find a fun build to use for this.
I tried this strategy this league and while it is true that it can be very profitable, if you have a build that can do expedition with scarab of archeology and extreme archeology keystone then you might ass well do t17 and generate more currency. I tried it and while yes this is the probably the best t16 strategy the requirement for your build are massive. The amount of buildbricking affixes on expedition are comparable to t17 affixes and the mobs you create are stronger than anything i have seen in t17s.
How does this build survives the mana siphoner mod? When I was playing doryani's prototype LS champion I did it with mahuxotl and timeless jewel that converts all elem damage to fire and chaos, but there's no such thing here

Lose div/hr, but he downtime of not doing high focus mapping but still making currency makes it more div/hr probably. You can only map with 100% attention for so long and it differs person to person and how much playtime you are willing to put in.

If you don't waste time haggling !and just buy the items from tugen, you get more div/h. Only artefact that it is worth haggling for is the rarest one.

i remember doing this with a minion build and i literally never had to look at the mods besides immune to the 3 elemental damages and i was immortal / insta killing everything xD. every time i bought logbooks i would almost 4x my money (that being said 1 time my immortal animate guardian got killed and i got wiped tbf xD)

Logbooks are worth like half of what you said. Also dont think you should add the value of 5c items to the loot cuz there's no way you're actually going to do 5c trades when you're making 20div/hr.
When i trade my trade floor is 5c, and the maps i run at kingsmarch and are worth 5c to me (as in i’d buy for that much if i ran out). Logbooks are about 25 in bulk atm, on stream I was told they insta sell in big bulk for 35c. Maybe I was lied to maybe outdated info. Either way -1 div from the total 51 div profit.
It is a rare currency drop to be itemized. The other one is a ‘crafting bench’ you have to just click and pick 1 of the items it presents. I have not yet found an itemized one, and i found about 10 of the bench ones (i missed 1 in this video)
Hmm there are some mods that are not lightning immune that i cant beat. Probaby the giga block modes + regens 30% health every X seconds. Die once with shrines and it's overrr, next map. On the bright side, i invested like ~1-1.5 div for all the scarabs (for 20 maps + a bit more) and after 3 maps wealth exile said +1.5 div so i'm gooood :P
With the new trade market, anything that can't be sold on there except gear shouldn't be calculated in to proftis from strats. Like fuck selling maps for anything between 2-15c 1 at a time. I can actually imagine doing legion farmin for the first time because of how easy it is to sell all the random shit from there now but before there was no way. And yet people are still using the trade site and we probably won't get to keep the Currency Exchange because of it. It's tilting as hell.
I love expedition but i struggle with hh on archmage ice nova with them, any tips? Propably i struggle with block spell damage that they have (I do avoid lightning damage)
might want to look into a svalinn variant of that build. i also run arch ice nova but with svalinn and i have no problem. i roll over no regen, and reduced curses since the build has 5-6 curses and it really slows the process of killing monsters. also ele reflect is unplayable. but the rest no problem.
Reddit is stupid. You can just alch, domination on map device, and go t16s with searing and make like 50-100 chaos per map with shrines on the tree. On top of that you get fast gold for your town. Reddit is mad every league because ggg doesn't give everyone a mirror every map.

Your math for div per hour is not quite right Empy :) 3hours and 16 minutes is not equal to 3.16, because there's only 60 minutes in an hour, not 100. 16 should be (16 * 100 / 60 ) => 26.6; A another way to realize this is true if you doubt it: 15 is a quarter of an hour, so 25% of an hour. So for 15 minutes you wouldn't have 3.15 but 3.25; Sorry if this is badly explained or something im pretty high Love your vids Empy !

I think a big factor of using tujen instead of mapping is that everything from tujen is liquid and can be converted to divine super quick with the AH.

Heist stack deck rewards have also been nerfed to droping only 2 stacked decks and no bonus cards, idk if this league or last league.

Pro Tip: If you are an attack based build there is an attack mastery node which gives "Monsters cannot Block your attacks" TAKE THIS.

My build is a glasscanon so I just removed the afix sufix scarab and used scarab that adds blue mobs to the map. Also bought oriaths end flask for the explosion. You can still make insane money. It wont be a good but it is faster and my glass canon archmage can survive.
you cant count the time spend haggling. gambling time and dopamine is invaluable.
this scarab with 2 extra pref and suf isn't very nice with 1-bomb expedition because you'll have soooooo many immunities and other build bricking affixes that it will be close to impossible to place the damn thing and cover a reasonable numer of monsters. All it takes is one physical immune pylon and with this scarab it's usually several per encounter.
I stick to 2x runefinding 1x verisium powder.

As a lazy casual dad kind of gamer my average map duration is something between 7-8 Minutes with all the mechanics I'm doing :D
Thats because you DO all the mechanics. If you want efficiency just skip everything you didn't spec in atlas. If it's not on atlas and not scarab'd it's not worth doing
@@Yundris Which is why the game is going to shit for me personally. I miss when all you needed was atlas tree and could do 2-3 league mechs. As it kept it varied and not some mindless hyper optimized farm of one type of content.

Is tier 17 maps worth doing if you fully juice but don't kill bosses? fully juiced bosses kill me constantly. maps seems okay fully juiced. I'll never get last two levels if I keep dying form bosses.

I mean it's a trickster ci aegis build, both the uniques you need are super cheap. Just stack ES use ephemeral edge and some melee skill. Just google Tarekis flicker strike and you will find a fun build to use for this.
What are some of the best builds that can do this farm? I need something with some boom. So I was thinking either chieftain or glad
I tried this strategy this league and while it is true that it can be very profitable, if you have a build that can do expedition with scarab of archeology and extreme archeology keystone then you might ass well do t17 and generate more currency. I tried it and while yes this is the probably the best t16 strategy the requirement for your build are massive. The amount of buildbricking affixes on expedition are comparable to t17 affixes and the mobs you create are stronger than anything i have seen in t17s.

How does this build survives the mana siphoner mod? When I was playing doryani's prototype LS champion I did it with mahuxotl and timeless jewel that converts all elem damage to fire and chaos, but there's no such thing here

Lose div/hr, but he downtime of not doing high focus mapping but still making currency makes it more div/hr probably. You can only map with 100% attention for so long and it differs person to person and how much playtime you are willing to put in.

Mostly spell suppression based armour.
expedition is so cursed the mods there always fucks my build since i dont pay atention to all details
then the cursed are you with low attention span
The only problem i have with this is sometimes the immunity is shown off the screen when checking so you dont know. Otherwise its a lot of fun.
where there are so many mods on the screen all the immunities end up at the bottom off screen and you brick your map bc of it

i remember doing this with a minion build and i literally never had to look at the mods besides immune to the 3 elemental damages and i was immortal / insta killing everything xD. every time i bought logbooks i would almost 4x my money (that being said 1 time my immortal animate guardian got killed and i got wiped tbf xD)

The remnants can have insane mods that only like 1% of builds can handle, so what do you guys think is the #1 build to run these maps with the double suffix scarab? Toxic rain with some sort of chaos prolif and dodge the chaos immunity remnant?
Doing non giga juiced big bomb on a tri ele bow build with the no block mastery works quite well

I also have a headhunter which Isnt ideal for this but could possibly fund a build that can run the uber expedition scarab

Logbooks are worth like half of what you said. Also dont think you should add the value of 5c items to the loot cuz there's no way you're actually going to do 5c trades when you're making 20div/hr.

It is a rare currency drop to be itemized. The other one is a ‘crafting bench’ you have to just click and pick 1 of the items it presents. I have not yet found an itemized one, and i found about 10 of the bench ones (i missed 1 in this video)
Hmm there are some mods that are not lightning immune that i cant beat. Probaby the giga block modes + regens 30% health every X seconds.

On the bright side, i invested like ~1-1.5 div for all the scarabs (for 20 maps + a bit more) and after 3 maps wealth exile said +1.5 div so i'm gooood :P
If you have a attack mastery wheel available there is a "monsters cannot block attacks" mastery you can take, night and day difference

With the new trade market, anything that can't be sold on there except gear shouldn't be calculated in to proftis from strats. Like fuck selling maps for anything between 2-15c 1 at a time. I can actually imagine doing legion farmin for the first time because of how easy it is to sell all the random shit from there now but before there was no way. And yet people are still using the trade site and we probably won't get to keep the Currency Exchange because of it. It's tilting as hell.

I love expedition but i struggle with hh on archmage ice nova with them, any tips? Propably i struggle with block spell damage that they have (I do avoid lightning damage)
might want to look into a svalinn variant of that build. i also run arch ice nova but with svalinn and i have no problem. i roll over no regen, and reduced curses since the build has 5-6 curses and it really slows the process of killing monsters. also ele reflect is unplayable. but the rest no problem.

Reddit is stupid. You can just alch, domination on map device, and go t16s with searing and make like 50-100 chaos per map with shrines on the tree. On top of that you get fast gold for your town. Reddit is mad every league because ggg doesn't give everyone a mirror every map.

Your math for div per hour is not quite right Empy :)
3hours and 16 minutes is not equal to 3.16, because there's only 60 minutes in an hour, not 100. 16 should be (16 * 100 / 60 ) => 26.6; A another way to realize this is true if you doubt it: 15 is a quarter of an hour, so 25% of an hour. So for 15 minutes you wouldn't have 3.15 but 3.25;

It’s not 3 hours and 16 minutes, it is in fact 3.16 hours. It took 2.16 hours (not 2 hours and 16 minutes) to run and 1h for tujen. Math was correct :)
