A maple syrup video on the production of maple syrup in Ontario. Produced in conjunction with the The Maple Syrup Museum of Ontario. www.ontariomaple.com, www.mapleweekend.ca
I have been making maple syrup for 3 years now. I've gotten to the point I can make a consistent product on my own land and I have enough for my family ..love it..I wish I had a hundred acres and could make it commercially..
Pretty awesome process but I just watched a documentary about how Ontarios Maple Syrup makes de rule of game and producers only choice is to go with it :/ am i wrong?
