For podcasting I recommend using a dynamic microphone as it will reject a lot of room sound and background noise. The most important part is to make sure you are as close as you can comfortably be. Using a pop filter can help reduce sibilance and plosives as well.

I like the way you said it: "Living/dreaming a dream and the only obstacle is YOU".... Many interpretations can be done from it.
Building "yourself or a dream"... Or you become "A time of your dreaming self" to mold yourself from a part of that dream...
"Project Management": Built from the understanding of Goals and Challenges; Put days/weeks/months/years to each your goals (towards the specific goal), understand/establish challenges (adress the necessary/consuming time/budget for it); give a little zest/recompense to specific level of your endeavors.... That is the theory.... Enjoy the practice... The dream isn't/shouldn't be at the end but all along the journey. And if the end isn't exactly what you hoped for, it became better, something you learned to satisfy from, OR a part of another challenge that lead to another better project...

I love that you have articulated the complex mess that we create through the narrative of anothers' "big break".
We craft these dream stories from seeing others being chosen, and adopt their story, hoping somebody will pick us up and put us where we are "meant" to be. Then we wake up one day to wonder why they haven't. Some people face a lot in that moment - where we might deny that we ever even thought this way and are happy how we are....others wake and awaken others, still.

"Agency" is the one word I believe needs to be endowed to children.
I'd always mistakenly thought the word meant some sort of company or government entity. It was only recently that I realised the mistake, re-learned the definition and started to apply it to my own life. Great that you made a video about it.

Oh man, this is a fantastic video. I'm almost ready to finish my breakfast and walk out of work; Grab my EDC camera and just shoot. I need the income, for now, so I'll stay but I definitely am walking away with a different outlook in what 40(in November) will look like. I will definitely be uploading more content to my channel going forward and rejection be damned, I just need to create.

I've always used a similar mantra, don't focus on the destination of where you want your life to be, enjoy the journey, live the experience and gain valuable knowledge and skills that will help you on your way through life.
You will get there in the end if you are dwtermined enough and put in the work on the way.
