I always cut my own bangs but I never knew how to use thinning shears correctly so I had to visit the salon whenever my bangs got too thick :( This is even better than going to the salon coz they always either cut my bangs too short or way too thin

Best instructional video for this yet. Use smooth blade to weave through hair closest to scalp and then clamp down the tooth blade and close and slide. Perfect!!!!!!!!

Use normal scissors but instead of cutting across, cut straight up. I'm a hairdresser and I love doing this :)

@@saunatonttu9658 yes it worked, but I also had to gather a top layer of hair and push it to the sides while my hair was wet. It doesn't work fully with just that. scissor thingy

This method worked really well for my wig. My bangs were so blunt and heavy. I didn't have any shears so I just used an eyebrow razor lol worked fine
