Have you ever heard of inulin? You've probably eaten it, even if you haven't.

  • You can find it in a wide variety of fruits, vegetables and herbs, including wheat, onions, bananas, leeks, artichokes and asparagus. And it has some surprising culinary abilities across a range of foods.

Useless video. Words are too small to read on mobile devices

Watched the entire video waiting for something like "list of fruits and vegetables that could contain inulin", and "how inulin is extracted" or "inulin is produced while cooking" but that part never came.
This video isn't really informative if at the end of it I need to Google about it to obtain the information that I need. Time to unsubscribe.

This is not an airport, you don’t need to announce your departure!

It's a 3-minute video. Did you expect to have learned enough to earn a Ph.D. on the subject in 3-minutes? Next time, read the title before you waste your valuable time.

Don’t waste your time on Scientific American. They’re just another far-left social justice outlet. No different than Jezebel or Mother Jones or The Jacobinian. It’s ideology over science.

    Now compare inulin to maltodextrin.

Because, for me, it's reached the point of diminishing returns.
