yeah for sure. white laces would pop. I would skate em til I popped a lace then changed em out.

I saw these on the SNKRS site and I thought, "meh." But now seeing them in your hands - this pair is really nice. I was shocked you got them so early, but a good shocked. I'd probably use the white laces if I get them but they might be down the list after the Goat purchase I made earlier 😉The white laces make a nice contrast with that dark dark dark blue. I'm glad Mason got a release for his shoes. Better late than never. And man, my brain exploded when you mentioned the MC Hammer/Vanilla Ice blazers. I remember those! Thanks for showing these. I wasn't expecting this one so soon. Glad to get the early look at it. I definitely did think they were black. Even more interested seeing they're deep navy. Not a Blazer fan by any means but these look so good.

Just ordered some. Can't wait I've been on a hiatus from buying shoes. Rattling to buy some. Went for these. I'm only grabbing things i love now blazers sb dunk high 90s and 95s. Yeah im not a fan of the exposed tongue foam i have 1 older pair with a normal tongue i love those. I always put my dunk insole in them wdll usually if I'm on my feet a load.

Finally got mine 1st pair got (lost) stolen i think. Nice shoes. I like the blue laces I've put the white wider laces in and loose laced them otherwise its a ordeal getting them on and off.
yeah blazers are a chore to get on and off until you break them in. they skate amazing though

smfh. I ain't paying $250+ (after fees & shipping) for some Blazers. Not a chance. I wouldn't be surprised to hear that nobody within a 150 mile radius of me has paid a cent over retail for a pair of Blazer SBs ever. Literally ever.
I have been buying pairs that I like all along. I bring 6-8 new pairs of Blazers into the stash just about every year. Sure, they may be among the first shoes I pull down when I'm going on one of my tri-yearly giveaways where I spread around the love (meaning I give about 15 pairs of shoes away to make room for pairs I may care about)...but that doesn't mean I haven't been supporting the model at least some in buying the pairs that I do buy. If I could get these for retail, they'd be my 2nd Blazer in less than a month.
I don't know too many guys in 2023 who are buying 2 pairs of Blazer SBs in like 10-11 days. Because they like the shoes. Not because they're beating up pairs on their skateboard.

Finally decided to go for the blue suade sb blazer and Nike in their wisdom have taken them off sale. On the plus side a rather lovely anthracite pair has appeared i may get these first, as i always regret missing out 47 for the blue suade. These are 70 uk.
Just ordered a pair of the ones like shown black and brown except they are just black with a gum sole, i do enjoy suade, £51 end of season sale.

I believe the uppers wearaway, so should be a lighter blue under that blackened navy/blue if I’m correct. Hope to see more blazers come out & maybe some with collabs as well.
Either way when leather wears off it’s always a bit lighter

I also thought these were black until a friend of mine corrected me because he had them in hand. Now I am looking for a pair for a good price. These also seem to be "wearaways" than fade to light blue? Atleast that's what my friend told me but I think it's just the normal lighter tone on the suede beneath the flatleather surface and not specifically made to change colour
Yeah leather will always fade to a little lighter color for sure

I noticed the quality of the leather dropped on the blazer ISO's. The first few pairs I got were far better quality than more recent ones, (which stopped me from buying any more blazers).. I wonder if this is the same 'plastic leather', that Rose Anvil puts the blowtorch on...
I haven’t noticed any blazers that seem plasticy from sb. The ISO quality is usually on point. I’ll have to keep my eye open for that.
I’m holding the wolf grey ones as we speak and it feels amazing. Super nice materials.
While it’ll be better than your standard chromium salt tanned plastic-coated leather, Nike SB rarely ever works with full grain leather. David said these are full grain, which for $110 is cheaper than what most other companies charge. Although, the full grain leather quality of Sole Tech as well as the DC PJ Ladd from the early 2010s are top notch for skate shoes.
@@DavidBluetile I agree I just saw the wolf grey's just now and yes, very nice indeed. I was talking about the all white blazer sb with the navy swoosh, (from a while back). Quality was off the chain with those. Great tumbled leather and just a very nice build. I saw a couple of newer ISO's that were again all white, but the leather was in no way comparable to those navy/white combo's. Looked and felt like plastic, not sure what nike is hoping to achieve with varying quality like this.

Big fan of a sb blazer i have the black white with a gum sole and the premium plus green always in the market for more Nike are terrible at describing black or blue i have am90 quad black they are actually triple black and blue
