Its a crime to lie under oath. Its merely ill advised to lie to a cop otherwise.
I don’t know if it’s the same in the U.S., but it is illegal in the U.K. to lie to or give false details to a police officer involved in an investigation.
That said police officers aren’t giving out parking tickets, parking officers are either civilians hired by local government or private companies who have no actual legal powers to fine anyone, and make money through fines and small claims court for those who refuse fines.
On truck blindspots... on slippery roads, if you get in their blind spot on the front, it has enough torque to drag your car without the driver noticing.

For the phone question usually I just repeat to the automated system that "I want to talk to a person" and it puts me through after 2-3 asks. Worked all 3 times I've tried it for voice based ones. No idea what to do with the ones that only let you push keys to progress.

If Wendys is gonna use an AI for orders, the least they can do is base the voice off the Twitter persona. I want Wendy herself to roast my self-destructive choices. 🥵
To answer your question at 5:39, I usually find that if you rapidly mash a number that isn't assigned to any dialogue option, the automated voice will give up and get a person. Or if you mash all the numbers in random succession. At least for now you can't go wrong with "overwhelm the system" strategies, they're not using pro gamer setups to run these programs.

Speak in a thick accent, so that what the ai is picking up is gibberish, they will assume that the system is having a problem and patch you through while they debug it.
