Probably won't be. Knowing the recent events we had and amount of layoffs, it's probably going to be bit more expensive for the skins alone, but all in quantity? Maybe.
Then again the main milestone reward is a legendary skin this time with an emote for getting all 10 items instead of the previous being a universal heirloom, so I would certainly hope it would be cheaper. But man putting a legendary skin with a 3% chance to drop or needing to buy all other items is just so greedy, even for EA
