Do not lubricate handle bar and accelator liver grip . Oil will collect more dust over time and instill scratches and rust. Clean thoroughly with w40 ,dry it use silicon based dry lubricant . I use graphite based . New Cables don't require lubrication for very long (6-7 years ).

Dont lubricate cables using oils , these are not meant to be lubricated .
.
Or else open other side and remove cable end from carburetor piston and then just spray wd40 from handle end through cable... And all dirt will flush out and cable will become smooth...
Tip aan , oil use cheyunath nallathalla , temporary smoothnes kitum but worst part is it attracts more dust .. next time
