To me kya kru ki vo working condition me rhe..usme battery ka problem nhi aaye

I have a question pls help me bro ;
If we use a screw driver near the spark plug cap
While the engine running ,
I saw some spark jumping from the outer cap to the screw driver tip
Like we see in spark plug tip.
Also som shock if i touch the plug cap while the engine is running.
Is this normal a phenomenon ?
is my plug is faculty? Pls clear this

@@indoremechanics no sir , even after replacing the spark issue exist with new genuine spark plug cap
Then at last I found that the i self start issue is because of the pickup coil gap
