Sir can I use a 3B Glass Cook top on the island for cooking instead of using some built-in hob as I feel built in hobs are difficult for maintenance. If yes, what are its advantages and disadvantages of using Glass Cook top on the island instead of using built in hob?

Not necessary you can do it after tiling
Need to give electrical point if you are using hob with electric lighter or induction
How about LPG line?
Lpg keep cylinder below counter. LPG copper pipe if given should be exposed not concealed to avoid leak
