Hello fellow humans! My name is Silke (pronounced Silk-a) and I am a Level 2 Reiki practitioner currently living in Australia. I like to blend traditional energy healing (reiki) with some asmr elements to make these videos as relaxing as possible for you.

I have severe anxiety disorder to the point where i dont want to leave yhe jouse and jobs are hellish. This is a great channel to listen to after going to a psychiatrist thereapy session. They complement nicely.
