We are Trevor & Shawna, middle aged, over weight travellers from British Columbia, Canada. Trevor is not gluten free, so he shares regular food with you. Shawna lost her 10 year old son in 2009, then her health after that; with a celiac diagnosis and heart disease. We thought life was over. Then one day we decided to leave the house and enjoy life. We now explore Canada and the world together.
Together we will share our struggles, laughter and journey as we travel near and far.

We moved to Salmon Arm from the lower mainland last summer! We love it here. So peaceful and friendly. Downtown is very cute, nice to walk around and check out the shops and then a walk on the wharf after. Shuswap lake is gorgeous, Canoe beach is one of our fave places and it’s just 4 minutes from our house

i m just wondering from where i can buy full fat milk can u suggest any farm who sells full fat milk

Good luck affording to live there. Prices on houses are $100k over what they are worth. The drug scene is insane. Crime is crazy. The city could use with a clean up once a summer at least. High way in and out are some of the stupidest drivers I’ve ever seen. Lived there 3 years
Try $200k to 300k over priced post covid. It's insane.
A nice place to drive through and visit. Not a nice place to live. Stinks very bad most of the year
