Wikipedia says they are all 600hp Chevy LS engines coupled to a "3 speed transmission" and thats about as far as a manufacturer goes. Robby Gordon probably owns the engine/builder who supplies the engines for all the teams. Teams probably build the tube frame chassis' and suspension parts in house to specifications much like Nascar I suppose. This is all speculation of course because there was only two paragraphs on the specifics of the trucks themselves.
Bobby trill, Robby owns and builds all the trucks at his shop to the same specs, teams only have several things they can change, like shock tuning, spring rates, ride height, camber/toe, sway bars, and rear bite. Trucks are rented for a race or season, and shuffled around so a driver doesn't have the same truck for each event. The 1st season it was $300,000 to rent for all events, not sure if this has changed. The idea behind it is to have a series where funding doesn't determine the winner, but talent and skill do.
