I'm learning After Effects! This program is SO powerful, you can really do a lot here. Everything on screen was animated using After Effects shape & text layers, apart from the hand gun scene, which was rigged and animated in Autodesk Maya.

Highly random, but _SUPER_ significant to what I'm learning to do. After Effects is so cool; I'm giddy with excitement that I'm able to effectively use a software like this. :D

I had this class last year before I graduated Lane and I remember my version of this assignment was SO bad, lmao.
That's okay though! Some classes are just checkpoints you need to get over with. A program like After Effects is pretty obsolete if you're already solid in a skill, like what you have on your transformer animations.
I knew staying up until 12am would be a good idea, good work!

I can tell you again. If you're at a loss for where to start, you can try animating what you've already done before, like walking, waving, or sliding across the floor. Short and simple is always great. Just try anything really; you'll get a feel for where you want to go
