It would be interesting and indeed miraculous if the document to end the war between Russia and Ukraine was signed either in Moscow or Kiev, without the involvement of any third party.

DPA is not totally wrong. Russian forces are luring Ukrainian forces into Toretsk cauldron. Yes, Battle of Toretsk is ultimately the end goal, but for now Ukrainian forces are baited into the Toretsk cauldron and put more troops into Toretsk where retreat from Toretsk can be similar to Sievierodonetsk for Ukrainian forces. To defend Toretsk, Ukrainian forces can face surrender one of its brigade and losses similar to Sievierodonetsk. To not defend, Ukrainian forces are giving away a crucial defence point to Russian forces easily. We shall soon see a "half" wedge forming and Toretsk can be the center of that wedge. The wing of that half wedge can jump out of Avdiivka. There is also a railroad junction in Toretsk. Russians will not miss that as they love railroads.

These tactical "diversions" are part of a larger strategy of attrition that is causing 2,000 Ukrainian casualties every day. One shouldn't look at the trees and miss the forest.

I've been noticing ytubers using too strong compression in their audio recently... Have you just started using compression in your DAW or Editor... It's very strong, imo. I have to turn the audio down some now and that doesn't fix it. With the compression you've introduced breathing noises now, but there's also a tool for that, like a noise gate... Idr, it's been years.
The Russians have been fighting to destroy the Ukraine military, while husbanding their own resources.. Territory will come in good time. I think that they (Russia) are expecting NATO to enter officially, as opposed to the "stealth" war they're fighting; so they've been holding forces for that eventuality as well.
