After I got done watching the video, I really felt like I spent 20 minutes with you, walking around, looking at everything, had a good time, thank you
You're welcome. Thank you, Dave! Stay tuned. That's all I have of that place until I go back. I have to go check out some Lincolns in St. Louis tomorrow if I'm up to it. Hopefully, I can show those.
0: 23 BAM!!! 1962 Dodge Lancer 770 station wagon.
Behind the rear wheel wells are the five chrome hash mark trim pieces.
Saw a 1961 Pontiac on the first video. Love those old cars. It looked like it still had the complete dash.
Thanks! It probably did.
Mr.Tony this was so interesting and informative. Great job as always!
A great field trip, as were the other two parts!
Thanks once again, Big M!
Very interesting video and a treasure of vintage cars. Busy time for me but will be catching up on your videos. Thanks for your work
You're very welcome. Thank you once again!
Great video of an excellent junk yard. Thanks for sharing!
You're welcome! Thank you very much for watching.
Thanks for the tour!
You're welcome. Thank you for watching!
I love that old Country Squire and the Torino GT’s. I’m across the river from you in St Charles county Mo.
Cool. I'll be back in St. Louis today. Thanks!
Good times with the Squire wagon. I have some parts I’m looking for that I would do the same thing for. Thanks again Tony.
It's such a shame that the car was put there and forgotten about.
Dang..... That tree was really holding the drivers door open on the Ford wagon. You are one devoted man to get the good stuff. Somebody appreciated you efforts I am sure. You pick and pull things that I would never know as being something that somebody needs. BTW I enjoyed the square bird, the 61/62 bird and the 66 Bird convertible. Also the 59/60 Continental four door. There's some hard to find stuff in that yard. Thanks for the video
Yeah, I wanted those doors for myself and still have them. I just wish I could find a wagon in good condition that needed the minivent window option. I told you there would be some Birds coming up. There's still a 74-5 or 6 in there. I have to get back there to do more videos. I'll probably be at a different yard tomorrow.
1:38 yeah that's incredible!
Yeah, it sure wasn't that big 20 years ago.
As a photographer, I’d be getting some great shots here!
You certainly would!
Wow thats a cool yard, something of every make and model and year that old Chrysler wagon was either a lancer or valiant, I saw the last video with the 70 challenger that was hacked up. Great video work, ill be watching for the next one.
Thank you! This is all I have until I get back over there. I may be at another junkyard tomorrow.
I appreciate your video. This takes me back to my childhood. You got me tickled that thing is so ugly it has to be a dodge hahaha 😂😂
Thank you! I'm glad to hear it. I usually say what's on my mind. Those were ugly cars.
@tonyscarcare5657, another great video! I need clear photos of the body data plates on those Edsels the next time you're back at the yard, please and thank you. The chain on the chainsaw was acting duller than dishwater - damn!
Yours in old FoMoCo iron,
Adrian
You got it! That chain was dull. Thanks, Adrian!
You were standing right by a rare 2 door 90 or 91 Lesabre. Even more rare if it was a T Type. Very reliable cars in their time
I missed it.
0: 10 Crysler New Yorker station wagon.
Though the tailight PERFECTLY mimic the 1962 Dodge Lancer 770 Hardtop... the way the side-rear windows wrap just around the corners gives way to identifying this intetestingly odd looking black station wagon.
Years in production 1962 to 1964.
'64 saw fewer than 2800 sales.
0: 12 well, four door wagon is not a New York?
The rear-side glass is shorter in length & is shaped differently towards the front edge nearest the passenger side door.
The rear taillights are definitely Dodge/ Crysler 1962 & are an exact match for the '62 Dodge Lancer 770 hardtop.
If anybody has a 1962 dodge Lancer the wheel well & chrome, rear bumper, & taillights are worth investigating for a perfect match.
The '62 dodge Lancer is really cool looking too.
Tony, Ask Adam about the low-mileage 1978 Mercury Marquis wagon. I sent him a link the other day. 😉
He sent it to me, but I had already sent it to him, and he'd told me not to buy it because the rear bumper is rusted. I wouldn't know how to get a car out of Canada anyway. I'd really prefer the Country Squire.
@@tonyscarcare5657 Fair enough!😁
Lot’s cars in there
Yes, Sir, and there's more to come.
Looks cool. I saw a couple of 79-83 Sevilles (bustle back) and Eldorados but couldn’t quite see if any had the factory alloy wheels? 😂
I noticed that as well, Mark. I'll definitely double-check when I make it back over there.
@@tonyscarcare5657 Thanks Tony 👍
You're welcome!
😂😂😂 "something that ugly from the early '60's has to be Chrysler."!!!
😂😂😂
Yup. Thanks to Virgil Exner, Chrysler products had a " either you loved it or hated it" reaction from the public, just like the Ford Edsel.
That's true!
1962-1980 4dr sedans , 4dr hardtops and wagons , id look in to see if they have. a 4 speed or 3 on the tree also I like to look at the dealer name plates on the back , see when the last plate was paid
I'll get back over there. I have to go to a different junkyard tomorrow.
@@tonyscarcare5657 cool I like your vids and like to id the cars
@youtubecarspottersguide1 thank you!
Hi Tony, I think I saw a Dodge Dart 65 dark blue in your video some where.
It's very possible that you did. It's hard for me to see it all when I'm walking through and trying not to trip over something and film.
Very cool Video lots of Awsome cars
Thank you! I'm hoping to get back over there for part 4, 5, 6, and maybe 7.
@@tonyscarcare5657 Be careful Snakes I'm sure lol
You know, it's funny, I've never seen a snake in there. I never understood that.
@@tonyscarcare5657 Good I'm Glad They just scare me lol
🤣😂🤣😂
Dad had a country squire like that, but his didn't have a tree with It.
🤣😂🤣😂
The first car is from Chrysler,it's a 1964-1965 Plymouth Valiant station wagon
Thank you!
That chrysler product is a '61 Dodge Lancer.
Thank you! I can see why that Chrysler guy got fired at that time.
That '59 mercury had a trunk in the back and front!
🤣😂🤣😂
So many cars i want. Hmmmm😮
I know. It's sad that they were just ignored all these years.
Wow. Tree. In the. Turnpike. That’s. A. First. Wagon. In. Canada. Where I’m from. Would. Be. A valiant. What. A honey hole. Torino. Get. Very. Rare. Thanks
You're welcome. Thank you!
All those options on the Country Squire and still had the cheapo bench seat interior.
I know. I've seen several like that now.
66 4-door polara next to the monti carlo
Thank you!
Saw an AMC Concord in there
It's hard telling what you will see in there.
Please tell me that there will be a part four. I'm still hoping they'll have a 63 Lemans that you're able to get me some parts! Most of what I need will fit in a medium flat rate box.
That's all for now until I get back over there. But I definitely plan on going back. Thank you!
Man o man. Love seeing these videos. Hate seeing all those cars left to rot 😢😢 did you happen to see any 61-64 GM B body convertibles? Thanks 🙏
Thanks! I haven't noticed any yet, but speak up if you see something I miss. I'll be back. This is all I've got from there until I get back.
@@tonyscarcare5657 I’ve watched all 3 so far. I definitely will. Thanks for doing these videos.
You're welcome!

Thanks! I'm glad you're watching it all and paying attention.
Hey Tony! I’m not sure you will see this but it’s worth a shot. I have watched a lot of your videos about the first generation Lincoln town cars as I own a 1989. I’m trying to find a new headlight switch and am not having any luck. Wondering if you could point me the correct direction thx.
I would call Lincoln Land in Clearwater, Florida.
@@tonyscarcare5657 thanks! I’m 23 and I daily drive my Lincoln your window motor replacement tutorials have been super helpful😂👍
That's great to hear. Thank you very much!
I need that green pinto
You'll probably get a chance at it.
HEYYYY!... I just saw a Tan Crown Victoria in here at the 5:07-5:10 min mark that had a rear bumper still on it. I would like to know what shape it is in as I'm in need of one.
I think that's a Grand Marquis. Are the bumpers the same. I can check the next time I'm over there.
@@tonyscarcare5657 Yes, I paused it & took a screenshot of it & was looking for Your email address, so I could send it along with a picture of mine. I do have it on one of My videos, but can't remember offhand which one.
thefordfreak@yahoo.com
Keep in mind that most of these cars have been sitting on the ground for many years, and there's so many cars in the way that they would have to move 20 cars to get one. I'm not sure they would do it if it's good. It will be next to impossible for me to get off in the mud.
Did that wagon have power vent windows and was that why you took the doors?
Yes, sir. I said in the video that was the reason I got them. I got 3 sets of minivent window doors out of that yard.
@@tonyscarcare5657 Sorry. I didn't realize minivent meant power.
They are the small vent windows that go down before the big glass. They were only available on the 4 door Fords and Mercury 73-77. They were way more common on the Lincolns. No need to apologize. I plan on doing some videos on them eventually.
So you Just go in and buy Parts just to sell, If that's the case You must be buying cheap, That the Owners just don't care, Most will charge over what a part is worth.
I've kept most everything I've gotten out of there.
@@tonyscarcare5657 I don't believe in selling anything, Every time I do I regret it,The next day I need it, Happens every single tine, Unless I am in a bind for money, maybe then.
Dude,,,at least pick up what you took off,,,,,,,,,some wants the wagon door😮....geees,,i work at a yard,,....shut them at least,,and show us wtf
The front doors have been at my house for three years. I got all the trim off the complete car and all the power window stuff out of the back doors. All the doors are rusted completely out, as are the floorboards. The driver door was open with a tree grown up and wouldn't close when I found it. Pay attention before you comment!
It's like you didn't even watch the video!
Lots of ford junk
You clearly didn't watch part #1 or part #2. People were complaining about all the Chevys! Plenty of every make in all of these videos.
That growing tree thru the rear window of that car is the reason that this yard is so poorly maintained that the vehicles there are lost to the elements instead of being utilized due to irresponsible maintenance or lack there of on the owners part.
That old man had so much money that that stuff didn't mean anything to him. They never advertised, and if someone came in wanting something, fine, and if not, that was fine, too.
Even with money in his pocket he is still irresponsible,,letting those cars and car parts go to waste is still not good.
@@miguelagonzalez7332 he's dead now.
