  • The most successful companies in the world ask one simple question: Will this new business idea create value for customers, employees, or suppliers? No matter how interesting the idea may sound, it’s not worth touching if customers aren’t willing to pay for it or it won’t create the kind of value that translates into financial success, says Harvard Business School Professor Felix Oberholzer-Gee, author of the new book Better, Simpler Strategy.
During this Books@Baker event, Professor Oberholzer-Gee explained how companies can achieve better results by doing less and chasing fewer ideas-the ones that truly make a difference.

Core value=true value, simple=clear, to the point.Too much complexity, too much cost.Good strategy=simply to performance. It's look simple but much value in.Let product speak.

Harvard is only focusing on folded and unfolded economics in macro perspective. If Harvard business wants to improve its content, they need to create better and more inclusive content.

      @@KimAhrina11 three important things:
      The xyz view
X lack of wired continiously and unwritten
      - simply put : 5 videos over time about a process.
Y no meso and micro economics
-micro economics in America or the Netherlands have a different environment and climate
      Z the why - > personal transformational
      -the perspective challenge
Why do people have certain views about things like social economic statements, politics or maybe ethics?
Harvard is the place where they school and educate the leaders of tommorow, but I think leaders are only successful when there leadership is applied to some specific role, in the right environment which the right climate.
We don't need to sell a story of succes, we need to teach the process of becoming. When you become someone of knowledge, you can adapt your attitude change your viewing point and improve your decision making.
Leaders are defined by there decisions.
