  • Aaron Feinberg won the X-Games on his 16th birthday and never looked back.  He was a skater with a park image who wasn’t all about the park and felt the need to prove it.  The evolution of his skating, combined with some calculated sponsor choices, created the path for Aaron to become one of the most respected street skaters in the game.   These days the world is a different place for Aaron and we look back on his career and talk about he’s up to today.

At the peak nobody was better than Feinberg, Shima, Latimer. The BIG 3. Even stated so by Josh Petty in the recent JUMP STREET PODCAST.
Feinberg is ROYALTY! He owns a business now and doing good.

Hare Krsna Hare Krsna Krsna Krsna Hare Hare Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare! May the God Lord Krsna bless you with good blading and everything else!
I started skating when VG 4 came out. VG 3 was my first skate video. I still remember the K2 fatty :)
I rollerbladed for 12 years starting in 1995 but stopped when i got a knee injury similar to what happened to Josh Amacher. SOmething popped in my knee when i fell skating when i was about 24, and ever since that happened i was unable to jump more than 2 feet in the air without big pain in my knee.... Whatever happened to my knee limited the movement in it very much so much so that skating simply wasnt fun anymore it was just painful so i quit. Its been over 10 years since that knee injury and my knee is still limited mobility. There are literally thousands of people that wanted to be pro skaters but just wound up injured. Sad but true.
ROllerblading was my first love in my life, and being forced to quite due to injury really messed me up for many years physically and mentally. Sadly enough, the same thing has happened to thousands of skaters out there. Its been very hard on skaters to deal with injury and not being able to skate when its the only love of your life. IT took me years to get over it and i had to totally rearrange my life to be able to move on. Its hard because all your friends skate and when you cant skate anymore they all feel like you dont exist anymore.... its awful. So I turned to and become a spiritual person and lived like a monk for some time even living in a temple for some time. This was a huge help and the best decision of my life is to study Vedic scriptures and learn from Srila Prabhupada. www.causelessmercy.com At least my injury happened when i was 24 and not earlier,,, that would have been much worse if i got hurt years earlier that would have been harder to deal with. I am now a practicing Hare Krsna and it has helped me get over not being able to blade-- i coped by becoming a spiritual person and taking up bhakti yoga process physically and mentally. Sadly enough, the same thing has happened to thousands but most people havent coped very well at all.... IT took me years to get over it and i had to totally rearrange my life

Only 300 views?!!!! Seven months later! Jesus blading is like a percent of a percent of what other extreme sports generate in views.

"How'd you hurt your ankle the first time?"
    "Ohhhh..."
Such a cruel question to ask a blader...
