He was honestly my least favorite of the reoccurring cast cuz he never really got any comeuppance whenever he did anything, like even other antagonists like Kavo had more redeeming moments and didn't win or lose to Kuzco one-sidedly. He was like an early version of Alejandro from Total Drama, before World Tour was even a thing.
Tbh he was one of my favs and I was interested in where they were going with him but the writers just.. stopped including him like halfway thru S2? So yea it's disappointing. I agree Abt Alejandro although I'm sure Ramon wasn't the first of that character trope either
