Thank you, we really appreciate that feedback! :)
love the quarters idea, i really like the fresh start effect that you talk about ! thank u
Damn girl!! Where have you been all my life?? ❤❤❤
Thank you for the tips!
You're welcome, we're glad they were helpful!
Loved watching this - three tips I haven’t heard before that make so much sense! I think I’m going to factor in 2x planned cafeteria lunches on my busy work days (instead of grabbing them out of desperation and feeling guilty).
Glad to hear those tips resonated with you! That's a great idea
Adding a donut run to my big writing day! 🎉🍩
Love that idea!
Tip #3 is really helpful. Thank you 🥰
You're so welcome! :)
Thank you so much, all 3 tips are super practical and effective in my opinion. Oh! by the way, I am adding the recitation of a chapter of Quran as an uplift in my schedule and I am going to reward myself with self cooked breakfast to ensure I stick to it. 🙂
We're so glad to hear you found it helpful! Sounds you've found a great uplift and reward! ☺️
Surely it was needed for me..
We're glad you found this video helpful!
this is such a great video
What uplift are you adding to your schedule and how are you going to make sure it happens?
uplifts are listening to mindful talks, walking, cooking a small meal, or maybe doodling , depending on the length of time i have or need
These sound like great uplifts and we love that you've identified different ones based on how much time you have!
❤❤❤
uplift: playing a new videogame
That sounds like a great uplift to add! How will you do this? Will you add it every day or on certain days? Will you give yourself a timeblock to do it before or after certain tasks?
