In this episode, the Many Things IT team engaged with Professor Sandile Motsa from the University of Eswatini (UNESWA). He took the team through his journey using mathematics to solve issues around him, and how that journey made him to take interest in applications' development, scripting and artificial intelligence.

A shorter part 2 video with the Professor showing him demonstrating A.I would be helpful.
You could use the same talk and swap out the sit-down with screen capture of A.I at work.
