Pannkakor -- Swedish Pancakes/Crepes

- These crepe-like pancakes are a wonderful accompaniment to pea soup on Thursdays, or can be a light snack or breakfast, or for any other meal.
These can be served with whipping cream and/or jam, with fruit, or with a variety of savory toppings as well, as these aren't themselves sweetened.
These are also quite easy to make.

Recipe (Serves 4):

130g (250ml or 1 c) all purpose flour
3 eggs
1t salt
600ml (2 1/2 cups) milk
butter for frying
Whisk the salt and flour together. Whisk in half the milk until very smooth. Add eggs and rest of milk and whisk into a very thin batter.
Let sit 10 minutes
Heat a frying or crepe pan with a bit of butter until quite hot.
Pour a ladle full of batter onto the hot pan. Let cook until the top is fully dry. Fold over and start again. - Jak na to + styl
