this was 2015's storm lover event with both the characters from the first game and second game, so you're right about yasumoto-san and okamoto-san being there! fukuyama-san wasn't in this event though (which might be a good thing, it was already chaotic enough and i can't imagine the stuff he and mamo would get up to onstage)
